A real rarity these days
A real rarity these days? a company which is a pleasure to deal with & staff who appear to actually understand the customer experience. .. they answered all of my questions rapidly and fully .... Gave me the confidence that I was dealing with a proper & professional outfit.
Primarily dealt with a chap called Jonathon Morris but everyone who I spoke to subsequently in this company seemed to be equally as helpful.
Result...... product specified and orders have been placed.
As I write this products are ready for delivery awaiting client instructions and whilst I can't personally vouch for the quality of the kit yet in all honesty ,however If its half as good as the service then all will be well

Excellent service
I contacted Secure Power via the live chat service on the website. After a brief conversation about a UPS for my data centre a site survey visit was undertaken. I found the engineer to be extremely helpful and technical. My quote was received later that day. Delivery was quick and everything was received as expected.

We are not the largest company with UPS requirements with only 10 users but the team at Secure Power really looked after us and we now have a very secure and reliable solution in place. I can recommend them so yes a 5/5 is my feedback
