I was ready to start a forklift course but nearing my time with seetec I was told by my advisor Bournemouth office to send him an email a week before the course starts so he would help with travel costs I sent two emails on different days for him to ignore my emails then lied to me saying that they had technical issues so now I can't attend my forklift course lies lies and more lies seetec are not worth it they also lie about the figures for people they say are back in work thanks to them which doesn't happen so they get paid they should be closed down , my name is Dave Brennan

My online learning experience with Seetec throughout my qualification has been very positive!

My tutor, Junior Masandi, presented all the content in an informative and engaging way, which helped greatly with my on-the-job responsibilities as well as my final assessments. His guidance during the end-point assessment period was very valuable, and enabled me to earn a result I am proud of.

This team are dedicated, polite and so informative.
I was referred to Seetec last February, after 17 years of not working and caring for my disabled child. I had just lost a close friend who I also cared for. I wasn't in the best place mental health wise and my confidence was on the floor. Laura organised for me to begin well-being appointments with the lovely Kirby.

I knew the job role I hoped to gain, but had no clue of the steps I needed to take to get there. Laura is just fantastic and found the ideal course for me to take those first steps into my chosen career. I surprised myself and excelled and passed easily , acquiring myself an interview at the end. I now work for the NHS and honestly don't think I'd be where I am today without the support of Laura and the team behind me.

Don't be worried if the jobcentre refer you to Seetec, seize the opportunity and change your life for the better, you'll be much happier. I can't believe how much my life has changed in a year.

The ONLY downside is I wish I could have kept Seetec for longer (I am no longer with them due to being employed!)

Welcoming staff help settle the nerves, and the thoughtful addition of toys for kids in the waiting room is very inclusive. Nice office, posters, and job ads, and a great positive thinking TV screen in the waiting room. We just wish it was more accessible, as in nearer the city centre, rather than on the corner of Marsh Barton. Very hard to get to without a car, so not ideal for a lot of the jobseekers I'm support working

I want to tell you about the outstanding service I have received from Wells Seetec. Right from day one of attending Seetec with a lady called Debbie Pickford, it was so different than my previous experience attending the Wells Job Centre. Debbie is so kind, understanding, professional and sweet natured lady, who goes over and beyond her duty in all aspects of her job. Advice, training, guidance, help, support, mental well being are just a few areas she has helped me deal with. I am actually waiting for surgery, but because of her help and support, my life and career guidance has changed 360 degrees for the better. This was the best experience I have ever had, and will miss her support and guidance, at Seetec Health and Wellbeing services Wells, Somerset

Inconsistency with staff which is frustrating … after 6 months trying to help our son get a job we are no further forward and we feel like giving up!

Junior Masandi was a great tutor, i went in knowing nothing and now i have officially passed my digital marketing course. I'm grateful for having junior by my side through this all and especially tough times!

It was really very beneficial. Ms. Evita VITOLINA was always helpful. She enrolled me in Cosmic computer courses which were very good. I am now participating in a hospitality training which hopefully will help get a job in hotels in Bournemouth.

A really lovely service! I worked with Seetec for a year. I found that they service was tailored to individual needs and all of the staff at the Bournemouth service are so friendly with a genuine concern for their clients. Special thanks to Cheryse, she is lovely to work with :-)

Awful company staff are unqualified and incompetent all they want is Governent money from people achieving. Also look at their ofsted report staff are inexperienced in their roles and vocations hence why their reviews are negative. Do not use them nasty company who have pounds signs in mind not heart of learning. I was a learner with them for years and had 5 different tutors due to staff leaving.

From the first day the advisors treated me with respect and actually wanted to help me get better before I went back to work. They helped me retrain and gain qualifications to help me return to work. After returning to work I then had phone calls for a few months to make sure I was ok and didn't need any further assistance. Really can't fault them.

They were always very helpful and keen to help every step of the way, I always had someone checking on my wellbeing. And I felt that they empowered me to stay on track with the progress I was making towards the many jobs and applications I had, by showing appreciation and acknowledgement of the little steps I made during the time I was there, asking every time if I need guidance on a task or skill development. Thank you for all your efforts, I’m very grateful.

Liliia and the team were so understanding, and helpful. Explaining my situation and making my returning to work from a medical situation possible. Very professional polite and caring.

Since joining Seetec, they have helped me gain the qualifications needed to get back into work. The staff are very friendly and always happy to help. From the beginning I felt I was listened to. My work coach took their time to get to know me. They tailored their approach to my needs. The pace was set to a rate which I could manage what was being offered. The one to one sessions were a life-line and helped to keep me focused on what was really important. My confidence was really low because of a previous experience of abuse in the workplace. The health and well-being sessions provided me with: a safe place to talk. The material helped me to face my fears and begin the process of rebuilding my life.
The only thing I would change is the length of the program. I think the 12 months could be flexible if the client needs longer to make maximum use of all of the very excellent facilities and resources.

Janet Francis gave me so much support when I was looking for advice and guidance whilst looking for work.
Janet always responded to my phone calls, even when holiday!
