Issy was great! Super helpful and supportive

In recent months there have been some personnel/system changes (I assume company wide) that haven't been hugely effective (in my opinion) and are diminishing what is an otherwise outstanding organisation/resource for people to use to get back to work, re-train, or get businesses off the ground/achieve their self employment goals. If this wasn't the case I would have given a higher rating.

Highlights have been the excellent support from Jason Hughes and Ryan Elford, in particular, the wealth of online resources and training available, the fact that Seetec can support you with equipment and startup costs (where they can) and the ability to work in a great environment at a pace comfortable to me to achieve my goals.
The road hasn't been completely smooth and curves and bumps have certainly popped up but Seetec and my advisors have supported me brilliantly every step of the way, mentally and physically.
Overall I am really happy with the work I have done with Seetec through this program and delighted that now I am launched as a sole trader I can continue to get 6 months further support from this excellent service.

My experience was brilliant . My work coach Meena may was brilliant and really helpfull and help me with job searches that got me my job today. Would definitely go back if I needed help finding work again.

I've read numerous reviews about Seetec, but I feel compelled to share my genuine opinion on this company, as I completed the Sia door supervisors course in February. Mark West, who led the course, was nothing short of fantastic, showing great patience with the 12 participants. It's important to note that the Sia course involved role-playing as a door security operative, with another participant acting as an aggressor. Kerry and Rita, who coordinated the course and ensured everyone's well-being, were incredibly supportive. My review reflects my experience with the Manchester branch of Seetec, and based on that, I cannot find any fault with the company. The only issue I encountered was not with Seetec but with the awarding body responsible for grading the exams, which took some time due to an administrative error that has since been resolved. From my experience, they did everything possible to ensure that all attendees of the Sia course received their grades to apply for their Sia license.One day after taking my documents to the post office I was issued my Sia licence. So would I consider taking another Seetec course to enhance my Sia license? Absolutely.

I had lost my confidence and didn't know which way to go, but the people at seetec had helped me build up my confidence again and got me back into work, which I really appreciate. They have helped with things that I didn't realise was available out their.

Helen has been a godsend! She is so incredibly supportive and understanding of my health issues and needs. It’s like gold dust to find someone like her in this industry. I am so lucky to have been assigned her as my coach.

Since geting support from Charyse at seetecpluss. I have found the right job role to fit around my children. She has given me so much support and learning opportunities to gain qualifications that I now have. I have applied for my DBS and looking forward to geting my first job working in special needs. Helen has been a great...sitting with me going through the job market which helps alot our days and putting me forward for local jobs.
Its just nice to sit and chat over a coffee in a vert friendly environment.
Its a joy to attend.

I find the seetec training really helpful. Looking at Goal we have for work and putting a plan in place to achieve these.

I get lots of support from the staff. My EA Lous is very friendly, open and kind and tries to do the best for me.

Amazing people who help you out so much. Everyone's so friendly and they don't make you feel terrible if you struggle with things :)

Helen Wase has been very helpful in my job search. She genuinely cares about finding me the right job. Her warm and approachable nature makes the process much easier.

I had a lot help from Meena May while I was there and sorted my cv and others requirements. Nice company and helpful while I was at the restart company. I learned a few tip and was treated very good at all times. It well repeatable company and all staff was good , my couch was very under standing and help me a lot .
