Fantastic service from visiting the showroom in Southend, the sales representative home appointment, the surveyor home visit and the fitting of our composite front door.
Everyone was professional and friendly - we were kept informed of the estimated delivery date. The fitter did an excellent job fitting our door, and making sure we were happy with the fitting. Everything was left clean and tidy. A fantastic service from start to finish!

Poor service from start to finish £3000 door fitted by this company. Enough is enough my 86 Year old mother has been trapped indoors today during this heat wave with my dog as the door will not open from the inside or with a key she had to pass out the window to a friend. I was 8 hours away. I will be trying to see a director in person tomorrow.

We have used the company 3 times and fitting and product has been good quality although they have made the same mistake 3 times by bringing the wrong windows. The problem was quickly rectified and the fitting commenced. As I say fitters are very good quiet and polite and the windows are very good quality

The man who installed my new front door was puntual, and very passionate about his work. I wanted to have an installation by a professional company.

My door wouldn’t lock properly, likely caused by all the recent heat - on a south facing conservatory.
I called the helpline to check my guarantee, Siobhan was brilliant, she checked immediately & had the repair booked in for the same day! Ed the engineer arrived right on time and it was all fixed by lunchtime.

We have used SEH previously and have always been extremely pleased. This time was no exception - quality product installed by a great team

We were impressed with our meeting with Mark Heyward who took his time explaining the product for both windows and the glass conservatory roof and the features e.g, locking security, UV light protection etc. In the case of the windows we were shown various colours for UPVC windows and the opening features. For our storm porch he guided us for the various options for opening the doors plus security features. Overall he was very thorough in his presentation and won our hearts with his professionalism and made our decision to choose SEH BAC plus we had our original windows and storm porch were installed by BAC way back in 1997. However, we missed adding any other features as tiple glazing does not accommodate such addition but maybe in future it might be possible

Couldn’t fault SEH BAC from there sales department to the fitters
Had four windows fitted and as we are in a conservation area we had to go with the heritage range which increased the price but also increased the quality of there product
Windows are of the highest quality and the fitters we had (John and Paul ) worked really hard as it was one of the hottest days of the year.
They made a fantastic job
Would definitely use this company again and will be recommending them to all my friends.

From the designer Stuart to project manager Cliff had such a smooth build of our conservatory. I was always kept up to date from Cliff and prompt responses to any questions I had. Never left hanging around. Zak electrician was always on time, friendly very professional and efficient. I am glad I went with SEHBAC in Hertford The final outcome of the new build we are very happy with. Thank you to all the builders and team for making this a pleasant experience. I would recommend without hesitation.

I can’t praise Siobhan enough with understanding of the problem we had when are glass shattered, Siobhan was very professional in every aspect and explained everything to me ( this is the first time this has happened), a special mention to Darren and the lads that came and fitted the new glass, highly recommend the company

Great experience from start to finish. This company makes purchasing doors and products very simple. They were honest about what different products will do and help to guide me into the right direction for what was needed for my property would highly recommend.

All very easy to choose what you want, quick survey and installation put in place once ordered and around our availability. Friendly staff that just got on with the job quickly and left it tidy.

If you’re spending the equivalent of a Caribbean cruise on a new front door, you want to know it’s worth every penny. Gav T did a fantastic job—he was fast, efficient, and left me with a beautiful new front door that I’d almost rather have over a holiday! I highly recommend this company.

After many years of being a loyal customer, I made a request for a quote for a door and after talking to a sales rep, i was then harassed through email, text and multiple phone calls. Your aggressive sales tactics have just lost you a customer

Extremely disappointed with SEHBAC.

I contacted them because my front door lock was not working properly. I was told that locks were not covered under the 10-year warranty, but as a gesture of goodwill they agreed to replace the security lock.

The locksmith who attended fitted a cheap replacement lock that was nothing like the original high-security lock supplied with the door. After I complained, SEHBAC assured me the correct lock would be fitted, but months later this still has not happened.

Since the replacement lock was installed, the door has been jamming and there have been times when we have struggled to open our own front door. I have even had to leave access through the back of the property because I am worried about being locked out. A bolt from the top locking mechanism has also fallen out, and the door is now making strange noises when opening and closing.

The whole situation has been ongoing for around two months and has caused significant stress and inconvenience. I paid a lot of money for this door expecting quality and security, but the after-sales service has been extremely poor.

What has frustrated me most is being repeatedly promised that the original security lock would be reinstated, only for those promises not to be honoured.

I would not expect this level of service from a company selling premium doors and windows. Very disappointing experience.
