They sold me a product that does not fit in my car. And they'd specifically that it did.
Piece of Crap
Their product would not work as described. The motherboard was faulty and they refused to replace it because their “warranty” (ie lies) does not cover the cost of a new motherboard.
This company will gladly take your money and refuse to honor any “warranty” once their product goes bad. Which is always.
And their customer service only knows a few lines in English. They are 100% useless.

Horrible experience. This company doesn't care about customers. Once the money is on their pocket it is done. There promise to fix radios problems, next time you contact them it's a totally different person wich don't know anything about your situation. And then the next one and the next one. 6 months trying to get the right harness and now they said already passed 3 months so no refund nor warranty.

Very upset with service from Seicane. They sent me device that did not work for the car of my client. Paid 376$ + customs and now need to pay 121$ more to return unit. They don't assume their mistake. DOn't buy to this company.

Literally the WORST head unit ever. I have to factory reset it EVERY SINGLE TIME I start the car because it wont connect to anything. And half the time resetting it doesn't even help it. Tell me why I paid over $300 for this peice of crap and it doesn't work right? And the company WILL NOT send you a return shipping label to be refunded. IT IS A SCAM!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. I watched a video online & there was a guy installing one of these head units on his BMW. It looked great, but instead of doing my research which I should have, I ordered one of their android head units for my car.
I selected which picture my dash was so I would get the correct unit on they're website. They even asked me for photos & I sent them. I get the radio 2 weeks later & they sent me the wrong wiring harness adapter. I had to call & email them numerous times. I was told that I would need a different type of harness & according to the person I spoke to "my car is of high configuration." So I went ahead and ordered a different wiring harness from. Aftrr searching online I figured out the type of cable that I needed. I had to explain to them numerous times & I went as far as sending them pictures of the correct cable that I would need. I felt the communication with this place was off. I honestly felt that I still wouldn't receive the correct cable so I decided to order elsewhere.
I bought another unit which is actually better from ECS tuning. Had no problems at all. I tried returning this unit to Seicane & they kept insisting that I keep it & wait for the new harness to arrive which I had to order from them. 6 emails later they tell me that if I return it, it's too much of a hassle & that I'd have to pay high fees because it will have to go through customs. Never again will I buy from this place & will do my research next time.
False warranty coverage on defective products
This company does not stand by its warranty coverage. They falsely advertise that their product was covered under a “3 year warranty”.
We purchased a high end Apple CarPlay unit 10 months ago and the entire left hand side of the touchscreen suddenly became unresponsive so the radio cannot be used.
Their published warranty coverage is 3 years but after nearly a dozen messages back and forth with their after sales support and “engineering” team, we were told that we would have to purchase a new touchscreen at our cost.
Their emailed response was “Your order is over six months old. If there are repair parts, they are not free and require self payment”.
When we sent them the screenshot of their 3 year warranty and asked why they were not honouring this despite their defective product, they actually responded in writing by saying: “The three-year warranty period refers to after-sales customer service, but the related accessories for repairing problems need to be purchased by oneself. This does not include the cost of repairing accessories, especially the cost of screens is relatively high, and transportation costs are also relatively high. If we send you screen accessories for free, this will deduct our performance and bonus”
In all my years dealing with hundreds of domestic and international businesses, I have never seen such an unprofessional and disingenuous response from a company.
Any business involved in manufacturing products can have defects. This happens to the best of companies. The difference is a reputable business with integrity would never tell a customer that the reason why their won’t deliver on their promised 3 year warranty period is because if they did this, “it will deduct our performance and bonus”.
They don’t even try to deny the product is defective, they just dismiss the warranty altogether.
I strongly recommend you stay far away from this company. Consider the negative reviews that so many others taken the time to write and post.
My terrible experience with Seicane is only one of many.
Don’t make the mistake of trusting this company with your hard earned money.
There are many other businesses that keep their promises and actually care about their customers and work hard at maintaining customer loyalty for return purchases.
This is not one of those companies!
Stay Away - Buyer Beware
Learn from my mistakes and do not order ANY products from this company. I purchased an andriod radio from them ($346) after seeing a youtube review and out of the box It had multiple different issues and I could not get it to function properly in my car. Their customer support is a joke. You can only email them and get delayed responses that are filled with useless info, for example, they didn't even know the password to unlock the device settings.. Talking to AI may have been more helpful as they were clearly not reading previous emails. the emails would just go in a big loop of broken English and assuring me that they would help but they never actually did. After a few weeks of frustrating emails I gave up, removed the radio from my car, and asked for a return. I was denied the return and was told the return was too slow and costly, even after I offered to pay shipping and didn't care about the wait. They instead offered me $65 for the $346 purchase and urged me to try and sell it myself. I argued that I was not going to accept so little for a useless device, let alone try and sell it, and then they went back to square one with troubleshooting emails. At one point I hadn't gotten a response for months, but when i finally did, I was then told i was now outside of the 6 month period for returns/refunds, so I was now no longer eligible for even the $65.
If there was a zero
If there was a zero, it would be a cut-off grade. It would be a disaster. I bought a device with 6 GB ROM. With that power, it should work. But the device is a disaster. It supports the same thing. It's like talking to a 2-year-old child.
Seicane
Bought an Android Head Unit and it never functioned properly. The bluetooth disconnected repeatably and you couldn't reconnect unless you did a factory reset. Eventually, I bought another one via AliExpress which was a quarter of the price and function perfectly. I don't believe these units are the real thing as any manufacturer worth their salt wouldn't produce such rubbish.
I bought the H series Android 12.0…
I bought the H series Android 12.0 Carplay 12.3 inch Full Fit Screen for 2015 Mazda3. After watching the install video on there youtube channel, and downloading the Manuel from the e-mail they sent. It was all plug and play, there is a lot of extra wires which made it a bit harder to do, but works well in my car with BOSE sound. I do still need to look in to the mouse wheel and volume knob on middle dash but rest works like a charm. steering bottoms works right out of the box And it's super fast ! Bose sound system has never sounded better !
Seicane - this company is a SCAM
We are a Mercedes Benz repair facility… a Customer had us ordered two Radio/Stereos from Seicane for both of his Cars. The Unit for a 2005 MBZ CL55 did not even powered up/it would not turn On at all. Customer service gives us the run around with useless and conflicting information… and having to wait day after day after day for the responses (no live support, and no instruction on installation, nor wiring schematics whatsoever)
To make it even worst, they will not take it back because of Customs and Desinfecting and ALL Kind of excuses - but they offer me $90 back after spending $880 - This Company is a SCAM!!! - Do NOT buy ANYTHING from them. Keep your hard earn money safe, away from Seicane!!!

J'ai acheté un autoradio Android pour ma lexus IS 200 de 2012 le 12 novembre2023. A la réception du colis il s'est avéré que le câblage ne correspondait pas du tout au modèle. il n'a fallu pas moins de 12 jours pour persuader SEICANE qu'ils avaient fait une grosse erreur. Ils m'ont tout fait: ingénieur qui étudie et résolve le problème, ils ont envoyé le câblage mais il est bloqué à la douane allemande qui est en vacances de Noël, ensuite ils étaient en gréve ... etc ... etc
En fait , d’après PayPal SEICANE a acheté auprès de DHL une étiquette d'envoi sur internet mais n'a jamais envoyé le produit. Mauvais vendeur et menteur
Heureusement j'avais payé par PayPal mais les frais de retour sont à ma charge. Je vous DECONSEILLE fortement ce voleur , pardon ce vendeur et le FUIR, ils m'ont pris la tête et deux mois de ma vie.

Not a good experience
Not a good experience. Website states goods come from EU warehouse, and no VAT or import charges. NOT true. Item came from china and i got charged an extra €15 in fees. When i contacted customer support, they just brushed me off and said it was my responsibility. I am sorry i ordered from this company.

Thought I would wait to write incase there was any issues but none at all plus I've seen some bad reviews but overall I don't understand why ppl have written bad reviews. This was exactly what was specified and fits perfect i would even say it looks factory. The carplay is badass! If I could ad a picture I would! Thanks all.

Worst company ever
Worst company ever.
When i received the item, I had to pay import taxes, which I wasn't told about.
When the product was installed and I tried to connect the steering wheel controls. I followed the instructions, from them but it still didn't work. Support just keeps on sending you round in circles, insisting there isn't a problem. I found out that their instructions were wrong, as I had to try lots of different combinations and had help from another website.
The SIM card for data doesn't work, and again they are just asking for screenshots and pictures of the device. The device shows no SIM card is found all the time!
I would never buy from this company again and I hope nobody else does. As their support is terrible and will refuse to send you new cables, you will have to rewire things yourself.
