My name is Candi and I absolutely love my service with Selectel Wireless! Anytime I have phone issues, I go into the Fairbury office and the store manager, Tasha, is always there with a hands-on explanation to help me understand and prevent problems. When my family needed to upgrade, she was quick, friendly, and took the time to explain our plans and phone warranties clearly. We really appreciate her knowledge and how sociable she is—it makes every visit a great experience!

My daughter brought in her IPhone 13 because it wasn't charging. "N" took it in the back to look at it. Came out and said he broke the phone. He would order a part to fix it and come back. We did but his fix didn't work. He told us to use ESIM and he would pay for it. ESIM did not work. We ended up having to buy a new phone. At the time all this was happening he informed us that he was watching YOU TUBE videos to learn what to do because he was new to this. I feel that me having to buy a new phone because your guy broke the phone is not right. How will you fix this?

Can I post a negative number. Select Tel shut my phone off and I'm set up with direct debit. I called customer service (what a screwed up mess) my bank statement showed the withdrawal, they argued with me that they did not receive payment, however they have my credit card right in front of them. After 58 minutes I was able to get issue resolved. I would not recommend SelectTel to anyone anywhere.

Selectel representatives, numerous different people, insisted that the account number was the phone number. The account number is 8 digits not 10 Had to completely change phone number when changing carriers because the idiots ar Selectel didn’t know the account number or supposed PIN.

I have a phone with selectel and have been paying early so there will be a buffer between my paydays and I wont have to stress over shut off. Well someone changed my due date and now I will be shut off over the weekend> I called the 877 number and tried the chat but no one is helping to stop getting shut off before my due date. They had me in tears the way they treated me.

Don't buy a phone from selectel wireless because when you pay for it in full it is not unlocked they lie to you so do not buy a phone and pay with a debit card or cash because it is not unlocked they are liars I have a phone now that I cannot get unlocked because when you call customer service they lie to you and tell you their phones are unlocked and they are not they are f****** liars

Amar Tumeh the manager for the Lincoln south and Lincoln north stores decided to fire me because of something I didn’t do. He complained to me about the payment report being messed up even though I told him and Ashley the assistant manager about it being messed up multiple times. The real reason why it was always messed up was because of the new hire. he was always messing up on things every single day and he didn’t know how to do anything. And he was supposed to be trained by amar. The new hire said many times that he didn’t know what he was doing giving more proof that amar didnt give him the proper training that he needed to be left alone at the store by himself. And for every mistake he Made I got blamed for them. I made sure to call amar or ashley every time something was wrong and amar would come to the store to fix the problem and still blame me for it being messed up even after he fixed it. But amar was just looking for reasons to get me in trouble. There were times when a co-workers would sign into the wrong store when putting things into the payment report which messes it up amar knew about this and still blamed me for it being messed up. And the crazy part is the new hire knew amar since high school so I feel like for that exact reason he wasn’t checking him on his mistakes and was only blaming me because they’re friends.

There have been many times when I asked him about my checks not being right and he would tell me that everything is how it’s supposed to be. But then I figured out that there wasn’t no overtime and that he would go onto my payclock and change my hours. My shift started at 2:00PM every day and before I knew that there wasn’t overtime I would come in early like around 1:30PM and clock in around 1:33. But then I noticed on my payclock it showed that I clocked in around 1:40 and sometimes 1:50. and this was going on for a long time. So I wasn’t even getting paid for the time that I was getting clocked in. And I wasn’t the only one he was doing this too. he was doing it to other co-workers as well and thats when I know something was up.

And there was one point in time where he would talk real crazy about Ashley the assistant manager almost causing her to quit her job. And when she figured out that he was talking crazy about her behind her back she called the regional manager and told him that she was putting her two weeks in. But then a few days later she magically got a pay raise so she didn’t quit. Ashley told me a lot of things about amar and at first I thought she was just being rude about him but then I started seeing it for myself. every single thing she told me about him was true.

I feel bad for anyone who has to work with amar because once he starts feeling some type of way about you he will try to find a reason to get you fired. Or he’ll make you want to quit.

I have terrible issues with selectel!!!! they never answer phones and when yes their customer service is awful!!! Every month again I can ask them to set up autopay so I don't have to go through the payment process every time again and every moth again they don't process my request! I keep losing mms and sms out of the blue! And there is no one to talk to there!
I really don't know why I'm still with them!
I marvel at their negligence every 2 weeks again!

Need a right person to wait on you ask for Loretta and you will get the right service every time

I HAVE CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE THREE TIMES THE FIRST TIME I NEVER GOT TO SPEAK TO NOBODY I LISTEN TO ELEVATED MUSIC FOR 40 MINUTES THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I CALL BACK I LISTEN TO THE SAME ELEVATOR MUSIC FOR 36 MINUTES SO I TRY TO DO IT ONLINE AND IT TELLS ME MY CARD NUMBER HAS TO BE ALL NUMBERS AND IT WOULDN'T LET ME DO IT I'LL PAY FOR IT ONLINE. AND MY CARD NUMBER IS ALL NUMBERS BUT I PUT THEM IN IT SAYS MY CARD NUMBER HAS TO BE ON NUMBERS!!

I called up to get my account number and pin number and they hung up on me…….

Want to say thank you Loretta at selectel in London ky. Called to inform me of being eligible for a tablet. So went to the store to pick it up very fast and friendly I recommend anyone to go check them out..thanks once again Loretta for all you did to help me wonderful customer service

The ladies over in the London KY office are very helpful hard working ladies. They go above and beyond to help everyone resolve any issues they might have. Thank you ladies for being such nice, helpful hard workers and I recommend you guys to everyone. Have s blessed day.

My phone cracked so I went to the Crete location and Malinda helped me find another phone in my price range and helped me switch everything over. Very helpful and polite with me and the other customers that were there
