The app feels bugged and outdated and the expedited payment fee is ridiculous. Everytime I make my payment it always says there’s a payment pending and I have to confirm. It’s a slow app, not a fan. Happy with the credit boost though

A agent called during my work hours to talk about my bill …. The signal was lost during the call because of the area I work in they never tried to call me back, hours later my account is terminated even though I made a payment towards my account and they never processed the transaction so it just sat

Everything is on point no complaints

Very, very bad customer service they fraudulently accused me of charges that they would not take off of my account lost my wallet so immediately started using my card had my ID they were able to put my ZIP Code in and my car go through. They sent me letters saying that they investigation came up that that was me made. Those charges $150 at a gas station yeah right they are better much better cards available that extend some of the same programs that Self does.

Self has helped me with my credit 🙌 and yes they charge a fee No Problem but at the end your credit score goes up and you have some money to use to Christmas shop I LOVE IT Recommend For Everyone Never had a Problem

This app. was very helpful when it came to helping my credit score out. It didnt raise it a whole bunch but it did help. Also I saved money up and got a secured credit card which also help my score some. But on the other hand I have had a hard time getting ahold of someone to get a new card. I had some fraudulent activity happen on the card and they shut it off. But now I haven't been able to get a new one sent to me.

If I’m being honest, I want to cancel my plan and get all my money back, with my credit card / savings account I’m paying these people over $150 + however much I use my credit card that month aswell. Only reason I have to use this self bs is because I was young with no guidance or advice, and ended up messing my credit up.

I use my savings to increase my credit limit. Love the ability to do that.

This is a great way to manage, build, and learn about your credit
