Excellent service

Excellent service, easy order and quick and safe delivery of fragile parts which were well packed.

Fantastic service and perfect product

Ordered a product but accidentally put the wrong address. Delivery was urgent, but Royal Mail returned the parcel, causing a big delay (10+ days).

Called for help and the team was amazing. They were so friendly and polite. To fix my mistake, they spent extra to get my order to me ASAP.

Really appreciated their help. The assistant on the phone was fantastic.

Product itself is also 10/10.

Highly recommended! Great company that cares.

Back-up CPAP machine -ResMed Airsense 10 Autoset CPAP Machine

Having travelled quite a bit this year; I was growing concerned about my current ResMed CPAP machine. Decided to purchase a back-up machine - I found used reasonably priced machine on the SelfiMed UK website and purchased. I was a little apprehensive - but set it up over the holidays to try out. It is so good, I have decided to make the SelfiMed machine my everyday one and relegate my original machine to 'travel machine'. ResMed Airsense 10 Autoset CPAP Machine arrived well packaged, looking clean almost new and appeared to be in working order with only 51 hrs of use on screen (50 - 100 hrs chosen). I edited the menu and used, only slight negative is no sim card, this was easily solved by using existing machine's sim and following directions on ResMed website. Absolutely brilliant. When I need another machine I will definitely use again. I would really recommend the company.

Only sent half a machine

Only sent half a machine.

It clearly states on the listing for the CPAP machine what is included with EVERY machine.

They only sent half the machine without the humidifier or any hose, mask, water tank etc. Which were expressly listed for the S9. They need to amend the listing. As it is I will be returning the machine forthwith.

The unit you ordered costs you £119. I don't understand how you can expect an additional cpap mask (costs £120), humidifier (costs £69), water chamber (costs £54) all to come with it.

just purchased an OxiPro2 Pulse…

just purchased an OxiPro2 Pulse oximeter from SelfiMed UK received it today and very impressed with it and it's accuracy. Service from SelfiMed UK was great and their website is easy to navigate and and use. The OxiPro2 is a well made piece of medical kit. Please give SelfiMed UK a visit for your medical needs.

Excellent service.

Got a damaged Resmed Airsense 10 CPAP machine (whistling noise = damaged motor), once I sent the video of the machine making this annoying noise they offered to send me another machine with no cost, I didn't even need to return the damaged one.

Super fast delivery and excellent product

I found this site by accident and I'm so glad I did too!
After checking out the products online, I knew what I was looking for. it was easy to find, very clear and thorough description. extremely reasonable price.
Received my product the next day ( I bordered before midday)
Packaging was excellent. product is excellent, like new! and just what I needed. they saved me approximately £600 on this. Resmed 10 Auto CPAP. came with charger and bag. my current Resmed Elite accessories fit with it, so no need to order more.
Fantastic service throughout!

Air mattress

I cancelled my order within an hr ,because the nurses phoned to say they were bring Nat an air mattress, it took me 3 weeks to get my money back , because they payed by e check or something , it took them literally seconds to take out of my account,I cancelled well befor the order went through,but still had to wait 3 weeks , they then took the money again so my bank blocked them ,and they tried to tell me it was my banks fault , I definitely wouldn’t use again

We are shocked by your review. We are sorry that this experience caused you frustration. However, several points in your comment are factually incorrect, and it is important to clarify the process accurately.

Your order was cancelled promptly, within minutes of being placed. The payment method you used was a PayPal eCheque. With this method, funds do not reach the merchant immediately. PayPal first attempts to clear the payment from your bank, which can take several working days. In your case, the funds never reached our bank account at any stage.

Because the order was cancelled immediately, we requested a reversal through PayPal straight away. From that point onward, the timing of the refund was entirely controlled by PayPal and the banking system. We do not have the ability to accelerate this process, nor can we manually send funds to a customer’s bank account when no funds have been received by us.

At no time did we take money from your account, attempt to take money again, or have access to your bank details. All payments are processed securely by PayPal. We do not store card or bank information and cannot access customer bank accounts. Any bank block or payment flag would have been applied by PayPal or your bank, not by us.

This was explained to you during multiple phone conversations. Unfortunately, despite these explanations, the misunderstanding persisted. We are glad that PayPal has now completed the reversal and that the funds have been returned to you in full.

We take allegations of wrongdoing very seriously and categorically deny any suggestion of attempted theft. We fulfilled our obligations correctly and transparently throughout this matter.

Good monitoring of refund process

Bladder scanner did not work. Selfimed offered to replace it or refund. I opted for the refund. Processing the refund was slower than expected at the bank level and Selfimed kept monitoring and communicating with me. Now after 17 days it came through. I am impressed and grateful for their understanding throughout.
