Warning

Warning! Be very careful before subscribing to this app!
I subscribed thinking I was paying for just one month, but I was automatically charged a hefty subscription fee for the following month without being fully aware of the recurring payment.
What disappointed me even more was their customer service. Even after requesting a refund, I felt that my concerns were not properly listened to or taken seriously. Their response was extremely disappointing.
In my opinion, this is not a professional way to conduct business. Customers deserve transparency, honest communication, and fair treatment. It feels as though making money is their priority rather than listening to customers and resolving their concerns.
I have cancelled my subscription, and I would strongly advise everyone to be extremely cautious before signing up. Check the subscription terms carefully and watch out for automatic renewals and hefty charges.
Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this app based on my experience. Think twice before subscribing!

ARNAQUE.

ARNAQUE.
Application jamais installée sur quelque appareil que ce soit (produits Apple ou Android), un email de remerciement pour avoir répondu à une questionnaire (mais lequel ??) et puis des prélèvements mensuels de 49,99€ qui se mettent en place… mais pourquoi ? On ne sait pas (puisqu’on n’a rien installé).
Donc obligé de porter plainte en ligne pour fraude et faire opposition sur la carte bancaire en espérant être remboursé des montants indûs.
P.I. la société impliquée (SwayaTech Ltd - qui édite le site web et l’application iOS) est basée à Chypre (ça veut tout dire…) tandis que les prélèvements bancaires sont identifiés aux États-Unis (à Fort Lauderdale, en Floride) !!

0 Sterne! Finger weg

Ich habe zunächst einen günstigen Betrag bezahlt und plötzlich wurden 49,99 € für eine automatische Verlängerung über PayPal abgebucht. Danach begann für mich ein unglaubliches Hin und Her.
Statt einer vernünftigen Lösung wurde immer wieder auf Bedingungen und automatische Verlängerungen verwiesen. Besonders absurd: Mir wurde schriftlich eine vollständige Rückerstattung der 49,99 € angeboten – aber nur, wenn ich zuerst meinen PayPal-Fall schließe. Ich sollte also meinen Schutz bei PayPal aufgeben und darauf vertrauen, dass anschließend tatsächlich erstattet wird.
Als ich das nicht machte, änderte sich die Situation plötzlich und die Erstattung wurde nicht mehr durchgeführt.
Für mich ist dieses Geschäftsmodell maximal intransparent und kundenunfreundlich. Erst ein günstiger Einstieg, dann eine teure automatische Verlängerung und anschließend ein Kampf um das bereits abgebuchte Geld.
Wer hier etwas abschließt, sollte jedes Wort der Bedingungen lesen, Screenshots machen und seine PayPal-Abbuchungen genau kontrollieren.

Unser Hinweis auf eine direkte Erstattung soll Kunden in der Regel eine unkomplizierte Lösung bieten, da interne Bearbeitungen innerhalb weniger Werktage abgeschlossen sind, während formelle Streitfälle bei Zahlungsanbietern oft deutlich mehr Zeit in Anspruch nehmen. Da in Ihrem Fall das offizielle Käuferschutzverfahren bei PayPal eröffnet wurde, wurde die Angelegenheit nach den Vorgaben der Plattform dort geprüft und abgeschlossen.

Sorry but I've just seen the latest app add on Instragram and I think it is absolutely awful, portraying mums as the ones that always yell and that they can't cope and guilting them into this app. Don't listen, most mum's do a wonderful job, and its trying to capitaliseon on those who may be in a very vulnerablestate. Shame on you Selfony

Inappropriate auto-renewal practices

Can confirm, as others have said, that the app suddenly charges a hefty amount with no warning. They are saying in the comments that they give details when you initially sign up but your account details has no information on the subscription cost whatsoever. I have used a similar app to this before and it had the cost details. There are requirements for businesses to be transparent. I will be going through my bank immediately to sort this.

Arnaque

Bonjour,
Ce site est une vraie arnaque. Il n’a jamais mentionné un abonnement mensuel et il me débite maintenant tous les mois. J’ai envoyé plusieurs mails au support pour résilier. Jamais de réponse. Impossible de résilier sur l’app ou le site. Et j’attends d’être remboursé des débits mensuels au minimum.
Scandaleux !

Pure garbage and fraudulent website, scammers

Pure garbage and fraudulent website. Beware of these scammers. And I agree with all these reviews saying they were cheated and charged hefty amounts without any information. Wish i could give them negative stars. Don’t give any details to them otherwise you will get scammed. Another pathetic thing is that they haven’t provided any subscription cancellation option in account and they have created an extra hurdle for you to email them to request cancel subscription. Shame on you scammers for grabbing money from innocent people in such ways

Disappointing experience

Disappointing experience. I was charged for an automatic renewal that I didn’t intend to even sign up to. Customer services declined my refund request and were not particularly helpful. I eventually had to go through my bank to get the payment refunded.

Unfortunately, based on my experience, I wouldn’t use or recommend this site

I subscribed to Selfony through their…

I subscribed to Selfony through their website, and I now feel that this was a mistake. I wish I had subscribed through the iPhone App Store instead, where managing or cancelling a subscription would have been much more straightforward.

I am currently trying to cancel my website subscription, but there is no direct cancellation option available in my account. Instead, I am required to send an email to request cancellation. I have already sent multiple emails, but I have not received any response so far.

This has been very frustrating and has left me feeling misled about how easy it would be to manage the subscription. I do not think customers should have to repeatedly contact support just to stop an automatic renewal.

At this point, I am unsure whether I should continue waiting for a response or take steps with my bank/card provider to prevent another charge. I would appreciate an urgent response confirming that my subscription has been cancelled and that no further payments will be taken.

Nicht empfehlenswert – verstecktes Abonnement und unerwartete Abbuchung

Ich habe online ein Angebot für einen vergünstigten Monat gekauft. Dabei war mir nicht bewusst, dass daraus ein kostenpflichtiges, automatisch verlängerndes Abonnement entstehen sollte. Nach Ablauf des Monats wurden mir plötzlich 49,99€ für einen weiteren Monat abgebucht.

Eine klare Zustimmung meinerseits zu diesem Abonnement habe ich nicht gegeben und auch keine eindeutige Bestätigung über den Abschluss eines solchen Abos erhalten. Auf meine Beschwerde wurde zwar geantwortet, aber mein eigentliches Anliegen – dass ich diesem Abo nicht bewusst zugestimmt habe – wurde nicht wirklich beantwortet.

Aus meiner Sicht ist die Darstellung des Angebots nicht transparent und kann Kunden leicht in eine unerwünschte Abonnementfalle führen. Ich hoffe, dass solche Praktiken überprüft werden und Kunden besser geschützt werden.

Ich kann Selfony aufgrund meiner Erfahrung nicht weiterempfehlen.

Fraudulently took money

Took money for a subscription I never agreed to. I purchased a deal online for a month for a reduced price. Have just been charged £38 for an extra month which I never agreed to.
Obviously hidden subscription somewhere as no email evidence of subscription sent.
Will be disputing with the bank as fraudulent.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS.
