The B2B site is great - 2 complaints.
1. Shipping is always high..., higher than other suppliers of similar distance.
2. You need better discount levels for retailers who order higher volume.

Famous Brand Treats Customers Like Royalty
As probably the most well known pickleball paddle brand, it was amazing to discover that Selkirk is a family-owned business that treats a customer as if their world depended on that person's good experience and brand loyalty! They replaced a paddle with minimal questions and immediate replacement. Stunning!

Earned loyalty
I was already a big fan of Selkirk as they’re the only paddles I use/buy. But the service I just received after making a warranty claim sealed it. The process was very easy, customer service was friendly and clear, and their response was swift. It was exactly 7 days between submitting my claim and receiving my replacement paddle. Awesome! Thank you team Selkirk!
