Avoid this company at any cost. They should change their name from "Sell your Car in 30 min" into "Sell your Car in 30 days". I have sold my car to them and 4 days later still haven't got my cheque. About to file a complaint with police.

So disappointed with the offer they made; my car is like new, with very low miles, and original bumper to bumper without a scratch; the money they offered is a complete waste of time; I later sold my car to one of the car agencies, and the price was significantly higher than what they offered; other agency paid around 60% more than what they offered.

They are not someone I would suggest to anyone.

If you can't afford it at the correct price, don't waste your customers' time and effort.

The online price estimation is just a scam you guys are doing, the price you are showing online and offering in real is half of that, this is very disappointing and wastes the time of the customer. You don't have the right to waste hours of customer time just for your bogus process.

I will not recommend them to anyone.

I tried to sell my car with them ,and after they took the car , I got a better offer from carzaty.com.
When they returned my car it had steering wheel damage.
It costed me 4000 Aed to repair.
They are the worst.

Please don't use the word easy and hassle free.. Please don't mislead people with your lies and totally worthless ads. The problem is with the media who allows such a worst companies to allow such ads without background check and customer satisfaction.

I sold my car Honda civic to sell any car. Com from city center sharjah branch for 51300dhs through their auction. my emirates id is expired, I lost my job and I have bank loan of 50,000dhs this all things I told them. So we made an agreement and I signed. The people who where sitting in branch was good but when they hand over this to operations they started their nasty game. The person in brach told me I just have to submit liability letter from the bank and pay what ever rta fines I have. As my emirates id was expired it was difficult for me to get liabity certificate but I got it. I submitted it to the operations Mr ahmed. That time he said I need to submit cheque of 55k as guartee and he insisted me to pay 300 for lawyer for power of attorney after he confirms.. After 2 days he called and said his pro went to bank and bank denied to pay on behalf of me so I have to arrange a email confirmation from bank stating that mortage will be released once payment is done. I asked Bank and got email confirmation. I sent the screen shot to him. After 2 days he called and said this email is not enough email should have blah blah blah.... And buyer cannot wait so he need to cancel the deal and once email(I don't know what more email he needs) the from the bank is ready he will auction and get new price and we do it.... You guys tell me what should me my reply.... U guys can guess what it will be...I told him thank you for your service.. Give my car back and I will trade my car with some good companies who are bot cheaters...

Only I need i that don't put that ads in any media and cheat others...

My experience with the company is not an experience, but a strong bond and the bonds are always the strongest connection of experiences. Everyone has experience with this company, be it good or bad. Please try to know that everyone in this company is not looking for views and winning relationships, but seeking to be better for you and not for himself. I am happy to deal with this company or anyone who is part of the company. Most will see what I wrote as a trifle, but I find it valuable because it is an honest expression.

Wonderful experience

These people are the absolute worse. I have been waiting over 3 weeks for payment....I was told that they could transfer without me being at RTA and would transfer the funds within 48hours.....when this did not happen I reached out over whatsapp to the gentleman that i spoke with. DID NOT RETURN THE CHAT. I reached out to customer service and was told that I would have to come in to go to RTA...meanwhile I am IN NEW YORK. Finally they were able to transfer and after a week no funds. Just now received an email asking for banking informaition which i have already supplied...ON THE DAY OF THE SALE. DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE. THE WORST SERVICE EVER.

Highly recommended - friendly staff and fast at paper work

We wanted to sell our Range Rover Evoque and wanted it done quickly as we were getting a new car. I just walked in at their My City Center Al Barsha counter and enquired. Must say their response and promptness was amazing. Day 1, car taken for a test drive and quote given. Accepted the price. Agreement signed and a copy handed over. The agreement was done online. Day 2, went to the RTA to sign the transfer and the funds were in our account by end of day 2.
We read the reviews here and were very apprehensive about the services but our experience was totally different to all others here. Very positive, very quick and very customer friendly.

Its is the worst place to sell your car. They promised to transfer the car in 24hrs which was not done keep on calling them only answer operation team will call U which never happens. Please stay away from them. They are worthless

Do confirm with them how they much will be the cancellation charge. They will try to hide from you and you will be shocked once you cancelled the deal for Any reason . I got shocked when they charged 1500 aed as cancelation charge. I am wondered that in how many ways customers are getting cheated ….. Biggest Scam in my 8 years in UAE

Scammers, I had a car which I was selling for scrap, thought it will be easy process and how bad of an offer can I get for a scrap car, I checked in market it was worth 1200 dhs, they offered me 300 dhs and claimed that there is 800 dhs transfer fee, so I will sign a sell contract if 1300 and they will give me best 500 dhs cash. I refused and sold. It scrap. For 1200 cash.

Was promised my money with 24 hours of selling my car it's been 4 days and I still haven't received my money, have been running around making calls to everyone to try get my money but they keep making excuses. Worst dealership never sell your car here

Pathetic service... After signing the contract we have to follow up for transfer as we have to receive the money from them.

Scammers, My honda accord showed a price tag of 24k on thier website. They wasted my full day in thier process and gave me the price of 13k. Stay away from them.
