All roundcgreat service. They took charge of everything

It was so easy to contact SellmySewingMachine, emails were responded to within minutes, collection was arranged for a convenient time for me, the instructions for returning the machine were clear and concise and the agreed payment was made within days. I would highly recommended this small business.

They offered me a price for my machine and ordered a free pickup. All very efficient and helpful and gave good instructions and kept me up to date with thr process. Payment arrived promptly.

Really impressed with the service. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and hassle-free. They were easy to communicate with and payment was made very quickly. Highly recommended!

Really helpful. After initial contact arranged collection quickly and paid me two days later. Really impressed with them . Thank you

Very good seamless service! First you send details of your machine and photos. Then a price is agreed before hand, they then give you a collection date, mine was 2 days after price agreed. They arrange for pick-up by Royal Mail who also bring a label and is trackable. Payment is then transferred into your account, again mine was 2 days after they received my machine and it was a bank holiday. Communication and guidance of what to do was excellent throughout the whole process. My only problem was that their initial email went into my spam so I thought they hadn't replied. You also need to be able to pack the machine in a suitable box with padding if you don't have the original. I can't recommend them enough.

I was so pleased to have found their website. They explained every step of the way and paid promptly as promised.
I recommend their service.

Very helpful very good service! If selling your sewing machine and they accept a Price is agreed before hand - then a date is issued they (Royal Mail) will pick up and label - Funds are then transferred into your account! Recommended!

They were quick and efficient and kept me advised of pick up etc. Also offered me a fair price for my machine. Would definitely recommend them.

Excellent communication and service from the business. Pickup of the machine by a courier at an arranged time was also appreciated. Would recommend this service if you have a sewing machine for sale.

Wish all businesses where as good. They made the selling of my machine so easy, everything went so smoothly, and so honest.
Thank you so very much.

Quick reply to my query, actual selling process was so easy and quick. Great way to dispose of an unwanted sewing machine.

This was a quick and seamless process - we packed the machine, SMSM provided the label and picked up. Royal mail collected from our house and the money for the machine was in our bank account a few days later

Excellent service would definitely recommend

Great service and excellent communication. My sewing machine was valued quickly and a home collection organised. A receipt for the amount agreed to be paid was issued and the money in my bank account within days of the company receiving my machine. Hassle free. Lovely business. Would highly recommend

Emails were answered quickly, photos submitted by me and an acceptable offer made. I was given a date for collection and the name and number of the courier, who liaised well regarding pick up time, he then waited whilst the money was deposited into my account. Very good service and would use again!

Great experience and excellent communication with good honest advice and smooth transactions. Highly recommend this company for selling your sewing machines and accessories.

Within a couple of days of submitting my machine details I received a fair offer. Once accepted, arrangements were made quickly to pick up the machine, I didn’t have to do anything else other than package it up securely as per instructions.
Royal Mail collected on a Monday and the money was in my account a few days later. What an excellent and efficient service. I shall certainly recommend and use again should I have a future machine to sell.
