Buyer arrived on time and the price I was quoted was the price I received for my MT-09 SP. My bike was inspected for condition as part of standard practice and I received swift payment for my bike without any hassle nor additional fees. Buyer spotted a typo error on my V5 logbook which wasn’t a big deal and it didn’t affect the price in the end. It was great selling experience overall.

Great service from Lyndsay and Kyle.
From the first call I was suspicious however Kyle explained the process fully, the offer was good and when Lyndsay the agent turned up I instantly felt at ease with any issue explained. Inspection and transfer made immediately and I just had to see my bike aboard the van.

My experience was quick, simple and hassle free. Harry phoned me the day before to let me know what time he would be arriving and phoned me an hour before turning up. Harry was polite and so helpful the whole process was a joy. It meant you didn't have time wasters messing you around,be truthful about your bike in the description and the money they offered you is the money you will receive direct into your bank. Contacted the company as did not want the hassle of selling privately. From the outset James who took my call was very friendly and professional. I got what I believe was a competitive quote, which I excepted. The pick up driver Lewis (AKA Wookiee). Arrived within the time slot that was agreed, contacted me prior to his arrival. He was again very professional and polite.
From start to finish it took around 40 minutes. Payment was instant before the bikes were removed from my property. I would recommend as their staff were very professional, friendly and respectful. From start to finish. Thank you

This company has excellent communication, they did what they said they would when they said they would. Kyle kept in contact with me before the driver Paddy contacted me with call times and updates .
