Fast and easy process, was pleased with the offer I got for my bonneville, said I would like to go ahead with the deal, answed a few questions about the bike, sent a few pictures, was asked when I would like the bike to be inspected, day was arranged and driver turned up and inspected the bike, said it was just as described and arranged for the money to be transferred, took bike when money in my account, he was polite and helpful, the whole process from start to finnish was great, would definitely recommend

Cannot recommend SuperBike factory enough. If you are thinking of selling your bike then this is the company that you need to use

They are very professional and above all ethical - non of this £50 off here, £100 there. They discovered a fork leak ( which I hadn’t) so it was a rightful deduction

They keep you fully informed of all of the process and there are no hidden charges

I would recommend anyone using superbike factory. Kept me informed of everything that was going on with the bike even though the bike I have ordered was a second choice due to the first one having some issues very pleased with the service. The agent masie was brilliant.

Everything went well until bike was due to be delivered lack of communication about dates, nobody seemed to have an answer week with no reply back to me
Only thing to let company down maybe just something to work on. Bike arrived as described online all in working condition

bought my bike, very little communication from them, fault found on the bike once i got home from working away, no mot cert with the bike, no 120 point inspection cert with the bike, log book not sent off. shocking customer service, on the phone on hold for 30 mins every time, trying to rectify the fault and so far has taken me 4 days and not got anywhere. 2 stars because i like the bike. such a big company but showing me they don’t really care about customer satisfaction, customer service.

Everything went perfect in ever way.my only problem is paying £30 for same day payment.

I recently purchased a bike from Superbike Factory and, unfortunately, the experience has been far from what I expected.

When I collected the bike, I found damage to the clutch cover and a chip on the rear wheel—neither of which were disclosed to me prior to purchase. I made sure this was noted on the handover paperwork at the time, so there is a clear record of these issues from collection.

What has made this significantly worse is the poor level of communication from Alex Hulme. I have made multiple attempts to contact him via phone and email and have received no response. I was also told I would be called back, and after speaking to one of his colleagues—who confirmed she had managed to get in contact with him—I was assured he would return my call. This still did not happen.

In addition, the limited email responses I have received have been unprofessional and lacking even basic email etiquette, which only adds to the frustration. For someone in a customer-facing role, this standard of communication is simply not acceptable.

To be clear, this would have been a much better review if the communication had been handled properly. Issues can be resolved, but being ignored and receiving unprofessional responses is unacceptable.

At this stage, the aftersales support has been extremely disappointing. I am still waiting for a response to address the issues raised.

Jonathan was great ..was a pleasure to actually do business with him and the superbike factory team ...my 4th bike purchased over the years from Macclesfield to Milton Keynes....I can't fault the service I get from either place

Martin was very helpful when I came in initially. And Josh was excellent when I came to collect the bike on Saturday from Macclesfield. Josh was very friendly and professional. I appreciated him moving my bike outside. The bike is amazing by the way. Although I would have preferred a bit more communication during the buying process. I did not get any responses to 5 messages. I also very much appreciated the very quick process of MOTing the bike and getting it ready the next day after I had paid the balance by bank transfer.

Once they have your money, they don't care.

You WILL get ignored if you have any questions, queries or even problems.

They are salesman, remember that. They only care about lining their pockets.

Make sure you double check what comes with your bike. I didnt recieve the extras and have been ignored endlessly.

Easy experience. Always done part ex before so was very wary of selling this way, was made to feel at ease after a couple of phone calls to verify some points. I was given a price and wasn’t disappointed by the final offer.
Goldie arrived at the agreed time and gave the bike a thorough inspection, he put me at ease with the whole process & paid the money over within minutes. The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. Would certainly use Superbike Factory again.
