It’s really nice that I can now get site data for all my clients so quickly. And the info is really relevant, not like it appears to be with the tools I have used before. Some of them are also good, but they update rankings quite rarely. Semal does update them every day (except that 5-hour delay they once had due to technical maintenance). I’m planning to continue to use all those features and hope no breakdowns will occur.

Semalt services are good they do a good job on keywords and getting them ranked and research on new keywords as well but one thing i didn't like was the backlinks i was unable to find them and can't see them on other tools.

I have been a user for a few months now and extremely satisfied with the results. the support team is very helpful too.

i use their 0.99$ (even that for free- as i said if they show me result then i will buy) within a month my 2000 kws ranked and i also get 2 affiliate sales, this is the reason i am going to buy their auto seo service 1sr for 1 month and then i will try 3 month pack.

1) The platform

First impression of the platform was very positive. Looks modern and functionally.

But than it becomes clear that a solution for autoseo campaign is absoulutely useless. Because they publish all links to the main page of the site (not to landings).

It is impossible to point the right urls in AutoSEO strategy, you should buy full seo package for 500$ monthly.

2) The customer focus:
IMHO is a very poor client orientation.
I mentioned about rather big budgets for PPC traffic and that we will be able to pay a lot for SEO, place a lot of projects, keywords and buy FULL-Seo campaigns in the future after a test period.
But my personal manager from semalt was absolutely not interested in cooperation, not offered any personal plans or possibilities.

3) When I found out that the platform is poor - I asked him to stop my 3 subscriptions since next month.
But finally he cancelled all projects immidiately with notifications that I will get full refund and all links will be deleted.
Though I asked for other solution.

Even it was not offered any standard suggestions - like "wait for a 1-3 months", "let's see the dynamics for keywords" and etc.
Just 100% not interested in a client who has paid for 3 projects and was going to place 2 more on the 3rd day after registration

So, my impressions is only for 1 star at this review.

totally scammers, just they took ur money and showing fake data on their dashboard. it's better you find a good place for use instead

I've used Semalt service for about 4 months now.
They provide me with the link building and recommendations which my webmaster implements. From 2d month my website positions started to grow. Very thankful to Elena for a great support. Wish you to keep safe in spite of the complicated situation in the world.

I purchased a Semalt account. Added one of my personal sites and one client site .... today they sent email to both of my site owners soliciting them DIRECTLY for their SEO services.

Do NOT trust these thieves with anything. Run away, run away ... Danger Will Robinson....

*Update* - I have been contacted by Semalt in an effort to resolve this situation. I'm sure part of the challenge is a bit of a language obstacle - I don't think they really wanted to call me a liar, they just did. I received an apology and an assurance they would never do this again. As recompense for my inconvenience (losing a reference client), they offered 1 month of their autoseo service for one website (valued between $0.99 and $99). Not wanting to risk losing another valuable client to a similar error, I have declined their offer.

Only a fool will grant this company access to the work online and access there webfiles, you will hijacked and become part of there bot network.

The Semalt web app will make you believe they are doing something but in actual fact they do 0, you have no way of authenticating backlinks, which are not permanent, they are allegedly creating each and every day.

Where your site ranks positively for keywords expect to lose rankings but be told its all part of long term strategy.

Apply tax to invoices where they have no jurisdiction to collect taxes, its a computer error.

Lots of computer errors happen in there organisation when you question them.

Sales staff trained to avoid answering questions.

This outfit like 99.9% of SEO companies out there will deliver you zero.

spam spam spam... nothing useful. They bomb u with phonecalls and emails. Void them if u can....

they are spamming our website with fake visits to get their domain known. anyone who operates so underhandedly in my opinion should not be trusted.

really bad seo company, DONT USE THEM, they only do black hat stuff that negatively affects your site on the long run.
