We are pleased with the service and reliability of staff each time we call for assistance and the time frame taken to resolve any problem is very precise. Friendly staff, the likes of Zizipho make the service sophisticated every time. The afterhours line is also very helpful, making your service very convenient for us.

No duplicate bookings since we started using Semper in 2017…

We have been using Semper since 2017 and are very happy with the product. The developers also respond quickly to any change requests, and i cannot remember any bugs affecting business.
Most importantly since we started using Semper we have not had a single double booking, something which was always a problem as we advertise on a number of channels.

I am happy with Semper the only thing I am not pleased with is that after 'n period of time the system changes some of the prices back to R0.00 and that is bad especially when you have a client standing to pay.
That, I can do without.

The issue with prices reverting to R0.00 is due to your rate plan expiring. To resolve this, you can extend your plan for a significant period, and the expiry date is fully up to you.
I will also log a development request to set up a reminder in the system a few days before your rate plan expires so you can easily extend it.
Zizipho from our support team will contact you soon to explain the process and assist with the setup. She will also provide a ticket number for reference.
