I previously reviewed Servers Australia on December 10, 2025. They host our Order Management System, which supports hundreds of users across Australia, the UK, the USA, and South Africa. This system is critical to our clients’ operations—when it goes down, they are unable to process purchases, pack or ship orders, and their businesses effectively come to a halt. This impacts not only their customers but also our wholesale relationships.

We have been using Servers Australia for 4–5 years, and while our overall experience has generally been positive, the incident referenced in my earlier review was a significant service disruption. The system was down for several hours, and communication during that time fell short—we were unable to provide our own clients with clear updates or an estimated time for resolution.

That said, both prior to and since this event, Servers Australia has worked well with us. They have supported us in maintaining a modern, reliable platform, and our ongoing experience with their service has been solid.

Great product, great price, but best of all: fantastic service.

Perhaps better suited to non critical website hosting rather than 24/7 business systems. Customer support also very poor. Good luck getting anyone to respond within 2hrs when the system is down with no clear indication of when service will be restored. Very disappointing. We have clients screaming at us from many countries unable to process any work and no answers, nothing to offer them.

Always knowledgeable and sort issues in a very short timeline. Excellent service thank you.

Very fast solution to my problem and concise information in replies

I spoke with Debbie she was extremely helpful and professional. My issue was addressed and solved with my phone call.

Engaged them to perform Smart Hands service in 2 different DC's, replacing failed drives.
Outstanding (customer service) experience. Flawless in fact. Info exchange excellent, fast turnaround, providing options to us, very clear about billing. Makes our own customer service look less than excellent.
