While I was charged for the meal on Dec. 1st, I did not receive a confirmation email for the order. Today (Dec 18th) is the day the meal is supposed to be delivered to provide my mom dinner on her birthday and it has still not arrived. I have had no word or email on whether it will arrive or not.

First time trying this service NOT PLEASED. Per tracking number it was delivered to the wrong state! The email verification of order had the correct address in Waldorf Maryland. Sent email yesterday no response. Sent email today since your site does not give a phone number for anything but orders. Called that and expressed my concerns. I want my money back cause no way you can get it to him by Christmas now. I will let consumers know to not use this service. I will file a claim with the credit card company if I dont get a credit timely.

What a deal! Quick and easy! I will be using Send-a-Meal in the future!

Got everything on time, just as ordered. It will make our strange Christmas 2020 so much easier.

Just ordered a gift card this time but, I have sent meals in the past and they were well liked by the recipients.

Have not received the meal. Date expected is 12/10 to 12/15. Will give a better review if it arrives today.

We used Send A Meal because we could not think of a gift for my inlaws. At their age they have everything they need. They don't want knick knacks or other things that will sit around. Sending them a meal was perfect! It makes one night completely stresd free as far as planning and cooking. They don't even have to leave home to pick up anything. This is a great gift, especially for an older couple that do not like yo get out much. It was so easy to order a complete meal. There were many options (for those picky eaters) and standard delivery only took a few days.

Wow, asking me to review, yet did not respond to my messages stating that the recipient NEVER received their voucher.

Very easy to place an order and had great sides. Liked the 7 % coupon code.

The website was not friendy and took longer than I had expected for sending a virtual gift card. At the end, I wasn't sure if it was sent virtually so I had to check with the co. It asked for a delivery address for a virtual gift card!! Then in order to contact to co. to double check, it forced me to email, since I couldn't find a phone number after searching a while! Sending a virtual gift card should be easier!

The recipient who received the food thought it was great!

FABULOUS!!!! Perfect Christmas gift for my 2 elderly parents during this pandemic!!!! They were very excited to receive and anxious to try the various soups & stuffed chicken breasts we sent them. Thanks for this incredible product/service!

Very easy to order but FedEx tracking was not useful at all. Also, it seemed to take a very long time to arrive. To me, delivery is at least half of the service.

Still waiting to see if my sister enjoyed the food. Hope so. Pictures look very yummy to me!

We purchased the Low Sodium Sampler for one for my Dad. He enjoyed all the meals and found them easy to prepare. I would like to see more meal for one options as well as have the ability to select specific meals from the sampler to compose our own combination. This way we can send more of the meals my Dad liked best and not send any of those he doesn't like as much. Overall great product and customer service.

The recipients enjoyed the food, especially the Shepherd's pie.

First time I have used Sendameal. LOVE IT !! Sent it to my niece who was thrilled to receive it...she was very excited to pick out her choices of meals and it made me very happy to hear her sweet voice. Thank you for being who and what you are !!!!!

Great customer service! I accidentally double ordered the Christmas dinner for my grandparents, and emailed them right away, requesting to cancel one of the orders. Not only did they confirm that I’d be charged only for one meal, but they responded with 3-4 minutes! They were quick, efficient, and their website was a breeze to navigate. This is my second order with them, and I’ll definitely order again!
