Gran Stock de referncias y rapida entrega

Muy buen servicio y precio. A mejorar los costes de envío.

Les compré un scanner de código de barras, que no acabó de funcionar, lo tramité por la garantia y el servicio postnventa funcióno espectacular.

Paid €60+ for one day shipping, received the products 5 days later. After not receiving it the next day, I contacted Senetic. They didn't even ship it the day before, it's not that it was delayed with the shipping company or anything. "It might have been busy in the warehouse".

Everything was in stock, as confirmed by Senetic.

Asked them to at least return the shipping cost to me, but never heard back from them.

Do not order, can't be trusted.

El pedido llegó en perfecto estado, desde Senetic hicieron seguimiento del pedido y estuvieron resolviendo las dudas relativas al registro del producto.

Muy rapido desde el pedido, hasta el envio,hay informacion de todos los pasos. Recibido, preparacion, enviado.
Muy rapido desde la compra hasta el envio.
Pedido llego correctamente y exactamente lo que habia comprado.

Retrasos en la entrega por más de 3 semanas. Esto impactó en la programación que se tenía presupuestada.

They showed in stock online, when we placed the order they told us it was a 2 week lead time. We asked to cancel and placed an order elsewhere, they then came back and said they could get the items in a few days. So we kept the order and cancelled our other supplier. Then, a day after dispatch they told us they had sent only a part of our order and the rest of the order could not be shipped as it was not available. A terrible experience and one of the worst IT suppliers we have worked with. Their customer service did not bother to pick up the phone, and replied to emails after a few days without acknowledging anything of the situation.

Buen precio para un SAI.
Estuve mirando muchas tiendas online y esta fue la mas barata para el mismo producto. SI bien es cierto que tardó en llegar 6 o 7 días porque venia de lejos.

Envio no demasiado rapido pero todo llego correctamente. El servicio postventa si que necesita mejorar.

Run fast, run far

I bought a monitor on December 19, with an estimated delivery on December 23.

The tracking shows it was delivered on December 24, but I still haven't received the item. I tried contacting them several times since then, via the website form, via direct email, and even via phone, but their customer support is nonexistent. I didn't get a single reply for any contact attempts.

I placed an order on the Senetic website on 02.12.2025, but it was not delivered on time. It was promised within 5–6 working days after speaking with someone named Adam Chelmicki. However, two weeks later, I found out that the order had not even been shipped and had not left the country of origin. I was then informed that the tracking number was not working and was given a new one.

At that point, I requested not to proceed with the order and was told that it would be canceled. I requested a full refund, but as of 05.01.2025, I have not received any communication. This has been a big waste of time for nearly one month.

This experience demonstrates very poor communication and extremely poor customer service. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no clear, timely, or professional response regarding my order or refund.

As of today, I have reported this matter to my credit card provider and initiated a dispute claim to resolve the issue

Servicio post-venta horroroso, no hay manera de ponerse en contacto con ellos por incoherencia en el pedido y lo entregado. Me he intentado poner en contacto por todos lo medios que he encontrado y en ninguno obtengo respuesta. Nunca más compraremos con ellos.

Una empresa de lo peor. Faltan productos cuando recibo el pedido, y al ponernos en contacto después de muchísimas llamadas y correos, no obtengo respuesta. Te quedas sin producto y sin dinero. Es una estafa; es un dineral tirado a la basura. No la recomiendo. Tu pedido llegará sin la mitad de los productos.

Decepcionante. Atraído por el precio me arriesgo a realizar el pedido ya que ponían (y siguen poniendo) que tenían disponibles 50 unidades. Al ver que no se actualizaba el proceso del pedido, contacto con ellos y me informan que lamentablemente no tienen en stock el producto... si quiero cancelo, si quiero pido otra cosa. Evidentemente he cancelado. Aun no aparece como tal, así que preveo un largo proceso de devolución.

Sinceramente, el servicio de postventa horrible
llevo 2 semanas esperando a que me contesten porque me han enviado mal el pedido.
no cogen el teléfono, ni contestan por mail
