This product arrived in good timing. The 30 gut health capsules provided myself a sense of dampening on the excess stomach I occasionally have. The capsules are quiet large however easily swallowed with a drink. The initial but short lasting taste is quite strong and in my opinion strong but disappears quickly.

Ever since transforming my diet about two years ago, I have been fascinated about health and nutrition. A particular interest or mine is the human microbiome and how we can optimise ours through the foods we consume. The sense for gut health - vegan supplement powder contains lots of soluble and insoluable fibre which is exactly what the gut needs to thrive, as well as a lot of other supplementary ingredients. I love this as it's so easy to incorporate into smoothies or even baking. Or you can even mix it with water and take it as a shot if preferred. It does have a slight taste to it, but it's not offensive depending how much of the powder you add.

My zinc’d sense package arrived quickly from Amazon. Contents were hidden. I opened immediately and read the easy to understand dosage instructions. I have taken 2 each day for a month now. Haven’t had any sniffles. I usually have weekly colds. Felt better and more energised if I am honest. Will continue to take them and would recommend.

The packaging of the product allowed ease of storing with a seal that can be closed onced opened. The first thing to hit you whenever you open the packaging is the smell, it's not an unpleasant smell, but it's also not a pleasant smell. I used the powder to stir into my breakfast smoothie. The taste of product wasn't amazing, I wouldn't have it on its own, however mixed in with the smoothie it didn't change the taste of the smoothie much and I still enjoyed it. I suffer IBS so I did try it with an open mind (and arms) and found it did help myself after a few days use. I still continue to use it as it helps my digestive health and gives me less bloating.

packaging is good to get through the letterbox, rather than a bottle of tablets. Easy to swallow capsules for the Zinc'd I bought recently. Delivered quickly by royal mail.

Sense Gut Health - A high end product with a high end price, but I did find that the product benefitted my digestion.

I recently tried the Gut Health tablets.
They don’t taste great and are on the larger side so
May be difficult for someone who struggles with taking pills.
I’d like to think they made a difference but will try another 30 days to see how I feel.

Decided to try the Busy Lives capsules for a month to see if my energy levels and sleep quality improved - I've really noticed a difference so am ordering another bottle to see if this continues 👌

My order was delivered quickly and came well packaged. The capsules were a good size and were easy to swallow but they did not smell or taste nice. I bought these to try and boost my energy and make me feel less tired but after 30 days I do not feel like they have made any noticeable difference. I will not be buying any more.

I was looking for a multivitamin suitable for vegetarians and these contained the main supplements I was looking for: Vitamins C, D and zinc which may help maintain healthy immune system. The packaging is very attractive and delivery was extremely fast. I have felt reassured that during these times of pandemic I am doing a little bit more to help protect myself nutritionally speaking.

Nice vegan product

Difficult to say whether it truly increased my performance, but nice digestible supplement. Easy to administer and tastes ok. Worth trying if you are interested in a product like this.

I have used the busy lives capsules for 30 days. 2 tablets a day. The capsules are a great small size and very easy to take, no aftertaste or horrible taste.
I definitely have noticed a marked improvement in energy levels over the course of the 30 days. In terms of ingredients, all of them are essential vitamins/supplements that I would take otherwise and having them combined in one/two tablets is great.

I was really suffering with bloating and wind so gave the gut health tablets a go. Taking the recommended dosage of 1 or 2 tablets a day I have really noticed a difference. My stomach feels less stretched and i'm not so windy. My overall wellbeing has improved greatly and I feel normal.

My favourite product is Sense for a night out . I love that I can now have a relatively guilt free drink or two on the weekends without feeling awful the day after .

I try the sample for 2 days. I feel more energy more better than before but was short treatment. I have to try more days and after I will see the result but for the moment was good.
