This is my 3rd purchase
This is my 3rd purchase. This time a heat pump hot water tank. Upon delivery the box had a small puncture hole and subsequent dent on the unit in transit. Senville handled the issue promptly and to my satisfaction. Will be installing the unit soon.

FedEx did a terrible job
Unit was shipped our quickly by Senville but FedEx damaged it so it was sent back and shipped by a different carrier all in 1 piece. Installed in a cottage time will tell how it holds up currently doing great.

Other than the shipping company sending it on an extra journey that was crazy. A small dent on the inside unit in a ok place. But love how quiet it is I'd love to try a dehumidifier in my basement!! Hint hint I'll forget about the dent!! And no air filter for unit 🤷🏻♂️ wtf
