Lovely products and great customer service

I've ordered twice now as the product always last a good long time and each time I have received a gift and nicely wrapped parcel. I love this shop.delivery has never been longer than a working week.

I ordered a lovely lip tint that wasn’t in stock anywhere else. It arrived in perfect condition in nice packaging. Along with it was a free face mask and a thank you card :)

Bought via TikTok shop, parcel came really quickly .. but what stood out for me was the how lovely the items were packed & the little thank you note inside .. I'm a big Korean beauty fan.. and I love having a uk based company

The pricing for the Korean products are really good when you consider they are UK based as other Korean skincare stores are soo expensive, package came fast in 3days, the packaging was pink and wrapped with care, they even include some samples and a thank you note in the order! So happy with my order will definitely be buying from here again

Pretty packaging and came faster than anticipated also had extras that I didn’t order in there and that was very thoughtful of them only thing was no updates on the delivery so I didn’t know when it was coming but it didn’t take long so that’s fine in my opinion
