We have been using Sequoia for more than a year now and love the robust reporting tools and fully customizable layout that allows us to keep track of P&L of each individual trade. Each department (logistics, sales, purchasing, finance, managment) can easily configure reporting. The system offers many integration options with other cloudbased systems. UI is very intuitive and userfriendly. Quick reaction times of the sequoia support-team help us solve problems efficiently and without impeding our ongoing work.

As an accountant responsible for invoicing a high volume of work completed each month, Sequoia ERP has been a game-changer for our team. The ability to preview all completed work on an invoice and generate a single invoice grouped per client with just a click is incredibly efficient. Sequoia ERP’s seamless integration with Xero using .csv files has streamlined our invoicing process significantly. Additionally, their human support is always available and ready to assist whenever we need help. Highly recommended!

We implemented sequioa to streamline our importation process. Previously the work was being done in various individual and shared excel files, and this was difficult to manage and not optimised for driving action for filling in gaps and follow up. Since the system has been implemented we have improved our import efficiency significantly and also reduced our costs by avoiding demurrage bills. Our planning for raw materials is also much more clear with relevant people getting all the access they need to the information that is specific to their job role.

Exceptional service consistently received from Arthur and from Viktor. I cannot recall a single instance where they have not been able to answer or resolve any query raised.

The response timescales for any communication to Viktor are fantastic and always with a clear and concise step-by-step explanation and always with a checking for understanding, ensuring there is no confusion or misunderstanding.

Sequoia is a very easy, user friendly and straightforward system. The layout is clean and similar to an internet form, so the user feel comfortable and familiarised with it since the first time.
