I Worked way too HARD, (HOURS) trying to get a NEW carrier & make it happen. THEN I found Sequoia Wireless.com. Talked to a young Man named Jonah! What a Blessing & FUN person to WORK WITH! Things take so much longer these's day for whatever reason even with the technology, YET within Minutes, YES MINUTES, Jonah had me UP & RUNNING! WOW!!! Then the number I received, well I had my own number to transfer YET their number they gave me, AWESOME & FUN just like Sequoia Wireless & Sir Jonah! God Bless YOU ALL & THANK YOU 🙏🏻. 🎄

About four months ago, Sequoia Wireless was distributing phones on a curbside in San Diego California. I told this employee I am already receiving a Lifeline with a different phone provider. This person said if I applied with them, I would be receiving a better phone so I decided to apply it. Turns out I was not approved for the phone that I was told I would be receiving instead I was approved for an android phone, which is a downgrade phone from what I have with my previous phone provider. I did not accept the phone I declined. I told the employee to cancel my account with Sequoia Wireless which he said he did. I called Lifeline administrator‘s office. They said the account was not canceled. I had to call Sequoia Wireless myself to cancel my account so I wouldn’t lose my benefits from my previous phone provider for the past four months someone is using my information that works for Sequoia Wireless employee is applying online using my information so my phone from my previous phone provider gets deactivated and transferred back to Sequoia Wireless on August 16 2025, my service with my previous phone provider was deactivated. I was told by Lifeline and administrator office that a application was applied with Sequoia Wireless and I was transferred out again. I have never made a online application or do I have a Sequoia Wireless phone or SIM card this employee is the only one who has my information the phone that I decline did not accept and that phone keeps being activated without my knowledge if this issue is not taken care of, I will make a call complaint report to the federal trade commission for identity theft.

Wi-Fi speed is really fast, and there are rarely any disconnects. When it does happen, it usually fixes itself within an hour. I haven't had any problems and am quite satisfied overall.

My internet was up and running faster than I expected with Sequoia. They provide such reliable service and great customer care. When I switched to Sequoia, I noticed my bills are much lower. They really understand how to treat their customers right.

All connections are clear and working well. Now, all I need is a tablet, and my phone works just fine!
