Dodgy company be aware will not address issue take payment no service provided promise the world. BE AWARE.

Worst thing going tried to cancel as it’s not worth it haven’t had a single lead in 7 months from this lot as soon as i can i am cancelling my subscription bunch of con artists made me sign up to a year contract really can’t stress how terrible this company is

This is crazy at no point was I told it’s a 12 month contract and they have put us on the highest level for payment plan they offer…and they want that and cashing as a debt

Avoid Trader Reach (Formerly known as Serac Tech) – Scam Alert!

This company deleted their old Google business page after a flood of bad reviews and has now rebranded under a new name. Same scam, different name!

I was cold-called with big promises, agreed to a trial, and made a payment. Only after paying did I receive confirmation that I was unknowingly locked into a 12-month contract with ongoing costs. When I questioned this, they bombarded me with threats of legal action, CCJs, and early termination fees. They refused to provide any proof that I had agreed to a contract, simply pointing to terms and conditions that were only given to me after I paid.

Despite receiving absolutely nothing in return, I was forced to pay £3,114 just to stop their constant threats. Their tactics are completely misleading, unethical, and predatory.

Avoid this company at all costs!

As contractors looking to target new builds of 2-20 units this did not work for us. The contact information on the platform was mostly planners. Our target is main contractors or surveyors. The majority of the letters ended up being sent to 'land at' or 'land adjacent to' rather than physical addresses. Most of the contact information is also redacted especially client info. You are committed to the full 12 months of paying so beware you can't get out of it. There is no guarantee of ROI and they've made this very clear now we have tried to cancel with them. We've done it solidly for 6 months with no web visits or calls for work. Spend that money on google instead.

My Data was not processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently.

My Financial Data was not limited to what is necessary and for the purposes originally consented to, misleading sale.

My Data was not kept accurate and up to date

No pre contract written data, they contact business and file CCJS under personal name. All sales calls are via video calls so they don't incriminate themselves, however when taking financial data over the phone a few GDPR laws have been broken, there calls are also not recorded.

Avoid biggest scam going. After receiving a telephone sales call offering the world I agreed to trail and make a payment, my payment confirmation then told me I had entered a 12 month contract and I was liable for costs 🤣. They try to threaten with escalating to legal and CCJ and include early termination fees when you ask for proof I agreed to enter a contract. There response was this is in your terms and conditions which I was given AFTER I made my initial payment. I am now going to enjoy escalating this in court and recovering my legal fees, fees already paid, plus my hourly rate liaising with my solicitor who is confident this will be laughed out of court based on their correspondence sent 🤣.

The biggest scam going I agree mislead information & also arguing that I have to pay more that what I was told to pay.

They gave prices in black and white and now trying to add vat.

I have emails to prove this.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!

They promised to provide you with Leeds from sending out letters to addresses for planning, that is the disguised sales pitch.

Once they tie you in the contract, you can't back out of it, you will find that you will receive no leads from the company and you want to cancel, they will then proceed with a CCJ this has happened to me and other people I've seen on reviews as well as myself.

This company is currently being investigated by trading stand

Please avoid this company. I have asked several times to cancel my subscription to no avail.

I have been using Serac Tech's lead generation service for the past 8 months and have been extremely disappointed. Despite consistently paying for the service, I have not received a single contact or phone call through this marketing tool.

When I reached out to terminate the contract, I discovered that I am locked into a 12-month agreement with no early exit clause. This lack of flexibility, combined with the poor performance of the service, has left me feeling frustrated and trapped.

I do not recommend doing business with Serac Tech unless you are absolutely sure of their effectiveness and have a clear exit clause in your contract.

Worst company ever do not fall into their trap they will tell you it’s 298 a month and won’t tell you it’s annual and they will enroll you on their annual package and when you tell them you want to cancel they don’t let you cancel I had 3 of my cousins who are also builders that nearly fell into their trap but I stopped them

The answer is none. You will work on the software for your company, and expect me to use the software to increase efficiency in my company. So this company writes, maintains and sells, software, and will help customers use it, that is all. Having looked at your company's information on gov.uk I am not surprised to find you have very suspect information on there. Company name changes, very low income and employee records. This company does very very little work for anyone from what I can find about them. I urge caution. Please do alot of research before using them. A fair amount of work for a fair amount of pay is what I expect from anyone I pay to do a job. From what I can see this is a large fee, for doing very little, which I wouldn't accept from any worker I pay.
