Our commitment is to deliver a reliable, accessible tool to help facilitate your campaigns, and we have worked to fulfill these terms.
We also wish to clarify the terms of your renewal. Your order confirmation dated 26/09/2023 included the start and end dates of the initial contract term along with details of the auto-renewal policy. Per our terms, if a cancellation request isn’t received at least one month before the contract end date, the subscription automatically renews. This information is also accessible in your account under the "My Account" section.

Avoid this company at all costs, its a scam. You can get all the planning application information they provide straight from the local authority, without cost. Read the small print they lock you into 12 month contract with auto renewal, beware!! You have to give 30 days notice before the end of the contract to cancel or you'll get locked in for another 2 months, its a business to business contract.
My first relationship manager left the company 1 month into my contract the second left 4 months later, I've had no communication from Seratech since. The letter my relationship managers produced was lifted from my website, nothing original.
They offer nothing that you cant do yourself, I naively thought they would offer me a professional service, they don't. What I do now is obtain the same information of planning applications in your local area and send/post the letters yourself, without paying Seratech 3k per year.

In this case, it appears that only seven letters were sent over the course of your subscription, which is considerably below the recommended engagement to yield effective lead generation. We’ve designed our platform to be intuitive, yet support is always available for any questions on best practices or campaign strategies. Should you have contacted us for support, we would have been happy to assist you.
We recognise that transitions in our Customer Success team may have caused some inconvenience, and we apologise for any impact this had. However, our records show that our team made several outreach attempts without receiving a response, limiting our ability to provide proactive assistance. Additionally, regarding your concerns about the letter content, our process requires customers to provide information we can use to write the content of each letter, that must be relevant to their business. We also require customer approval before proceeding to use the letter, and to complete the onboarding process, to ensure that all content aligns with your vision.
Finally, per the contract terms you signed, the subscription is set to auto-renew unless notice of cancellation is provided one month prior to the renewal date. This stipulation ensures continuity of service but can certainly be reviewed with you in further detail if needed. We signed up to this company in good faith, They sold us a complete lie.
We were told they would generate letters which would in turn generate work for our company.
We paid the 1st instalment of over £500 but didn’t receive any letter so we refused to make further payments.
They then took the legal route and we are now left with a bill of over £2k.
They’ve NEVER provided any kind of service to us so have effectively STOLEN THIS MONEY from us.
DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS US!!!!

Our records show that you signed up for our service in September 2023, and we provided you with all agreed services, including onboarding and creating a marketing letter for your company. The letter was approved by you and added to your profile at the beginning of October. However, we were unable to send these letters because you did not complete the required step of adding credit to your Stannp profile, despite several unanswered follow-ups from our team about this.
As per the contract you signed, which you can review, full payment for the service is still due regardless of the fact that we could not complete the mailing due to this issue on your end. When you decided to stop payments, we took necessary legal steps to recover the overdue amount.

STAY CLEAR! SCAM! This service is free on all of your local planning applications, they “design” you a letter which looks like a 5 year old created on paint and ties you in to a contract. This is why they’ve removed their google reviews. Great sales team and even better debt collecting team £2000 for nothing not 1 lead. Basic data company with good salesmen and fake reviews.

Service Overview: As outlined in your signed agreement on 2nd November 2023, our platform is designed to automate the process of sending marketing letters to homeowners on behalf of construction companies. The purpose is to streamline a task that is otherwise manual and time-consuming. The system relies on user engagement to generate results.
Platform Usage: Unfortunately, it appears that you did not fully utilise the platform as intended. Our records indicate that no letters were sent from your account. Without using the service, it is impossible for the platform to generate any leads, as leads are a direct result of your engagement with the system. Our support team made repeated attempts to help you to do this, but these efforts were not taken up, as noted by your lack of response to our communication and offers of refresher calls throughout January, February, and March.
Contractual Obligations: Per the contract, the subscription is for a 12-month period, with the total annual fee payable over monthly installments. The contract is not contingent on your usage of the platform but rather provides you with the tools and access necessary for you to generate leads. As the service is self-managed, it remains your responsibility to use the platform to its full potential.
Payment Terms: The contract clearly states that in the event of missed payments, the full sum of the contract becomes due. In the event of this, we are required to take necessary action, until the matter is resolved.
Design Quality: We strive to provide professional letter templates tailored to your business needs. The design can always be customised, and feedback is welcome. However, there is no evidence on record that you requested any specific changes to the design we provided.

Got a call couple of months ago from the customer service team as I'd not used the platform since i signed up,I'd honesty just been so busy. They offered me a service Where they handle it all for me and now i just log in and check the letters have been sent when i get a chance. Couldn't be easier.

I recently signed up for their service after a video call demonstration, where key contract details were NOT fully disclosed. After making the payment, I found out that I’m locked into a 12-month contract with no possibility of cancellation, and they’re now threatening me with debt recovery even though I canceled within 24 hours!

This email was sent prior to your decision to proceed with payment.
Additionally, the subscription agreement, which you reviewed and digitally signed on 4th September, also clearly states that the contract is for a 12-month term without an option for early cancellation. This is in line with our policy, which ensures a consistent approach for all clients and is designed to offer transparency from the outset.
We understand your frustration regarding the inability to cancel within 24 hours, but per the contract terms, cancellation is intended to apply only to renewals, not the initial term. As such, debt recovery procedures were initiated to collect payments owed under the binding agreement that was signed.

We asked the council if they could provide us with lists of data but were told it wasn't an option, so when we get the call from Ellie we were of course keen. Fast forward a year and two months and it's completely revolutionised our marking approach. We were happy to renew the contract.

This company is a big cheat. They said they will work with one buildinbg conmpany only and they will be sending letters to people who gfet planning permition but yesterday we found they work with 20 companies, reaping all out and we compete between each other. Stay away from this scammers.

Maybe you should start helping smaller business a bit more give them the options to pause or have an actual month to month rolling contract, i think would benefitsmaller business, and you find tge more you can help people the more they will stay loyal . I was also VERBALLY told it was a month to month contract. Unfortunately I am now stuck in a 12 month contract here, I find your ethics and moral compass quite disgusting

Company is a joke
Company is a joke, small print contract that auto renews without notice, despite being sold on a 12 month contract, now we are stuck for another year of no results (plus 2 months because they are money grabbing). Please I urge everyone to avoid. We have pleaded with them to stop our contract as like many we under financial duress and all they do is suggest reviewing our letters after 16months of nothing.
