Fantastic, works perfectly
Fantastic, soothes itching and dryness almost instantly, pleasant smell and easy to use. Had tried other creams etc to soothe but nothing had worked until this. Will be buying again

I ordered it the item got cancelled and refunded without explanation to why it got cancelled I did send ab email asking why and no one bothered to contact me
Edit. The email that I got just said that the item was refunded I did send an email asking why it had been refunded but never got a response I'm gutted because you're products are brilliant but your customer service response could do with some work x

I have been using Two of your products
I have been using the Neuropathy Cream for 2 years, its has been an extraordinary help to me, the pain has lessened to almost nothing. Occasional flare ups, but soon soothed by your great cream.
I have also been using your Vulva cream. Its a great soother, and together with my HRT is healing my pelvic problems.
My life is healing with both of your excellent products.

Absolutely superb company
Absolutely superb company! I started suffering from neuropathy in my feet and nothing made a dent in the discomfort until I found their oil on eBay. I was sceptical but with nothing to loose I started using it whenever I felt discomfort and my goodness does it work well! Pain levels are much more manageable with it and do unfortunately return without daily use… so I’ll be a long term customer! I contacted Sera (and talked to Sara) who was really helpful answering questions about stick level and the possibility of purchasing a larger quantity. Great company, great products!

Relief from bruising after hip replacement
Having had a total hip replacement 6 weeks ago I was looking for something totally organic and natural to apply to my bruised areas.
Came across Sera Organics and ordered their detoxifying oil primarily as it contained Arnica.
I noticed a huge difference in the muscle soreness within two days. Still using daily and highly recommend!

I bought a cream off of Amazon and am worried it might be a knock off. The label is poor quality, and the lid came right off with no barrier ( and was loose when it arrived). I cannot seem to get in touch with anyone to enquire. Am not confident to use the cream without some reassurance form the company.

I like the sound of the products from the reviews, but nowhere can I see a contact for the company to ask a direct question before ordering -not on their website or on Amazon which is disappointing.
RESPONSE TO COMPANY REPLY
It is a one star review because nowhere on your website. Is it clear where you can be contacted. And actually my posting was positive in the sense of I liked the sound of your products, but I certainly do not like your aggressive and critical response. Your customer relations definitely need some work and as you don’t seem to want me as a customer I won’t be going any further with your products.
