The footer of their website shows "© 2024 Serene Jade Consulting Group Limited."
However this company does not exist on Companies House and I cannot find details of it being registered anywhere else.

Thank you for raising this point. We would like to clarify the situation, as it appears there has been a misunderstanding.
We only recently became aware of this Trustpilot listing and the review posted here. Serene Jade Consulting Group is not a UK-registered company and therefore would not appear on UK Companies House. We are based and registered in Hong Kong, and this difference in jurisdiction seems to have caused the confusion.
The information originally displayed on this Trustpilot profile was incomplete and, in part, inaccurate. Since discovering this, we have claimed and updated the profile to ensure that our company details now accurately reflect our registration status and the nature of our services.
We genuinely appreciate this issue being raised, as it brought the incorrect information to our attention — without which we would not have realised that this profile required correction. We believe this has been a misunderstanding rather than any intention to mislead.
In light of the clarification above, we kindly hope that the reviewer may consider updating or clarifying the comment, so as not to unintentionally affect the reputation of a legitimate business operating in a different jurisdiction.
