I never had to wait long for support when needed, server was running in no time. The server has never been down unless I asked them to take it to a hardware reboot. Server is using it's full capacity that they say it will have and everything. all over a must have for anyone interested in their own dedicated server. Been a customer for 6 months by now, and expecting many more years to remain a customer

Terrible service
Terrible service. Tried to end my contract multiple times. No answer. Now, after several month that I cut the automatic payment for a service that I wasn't using the want me to pay more money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. There are better option out there don't be trapped in legal problems.

Their VPS specifications are so good for so low prices. The network speed is so powerful. The VPS comes with 1 (.com/.net/.org/.de) domain. The technical and user support are great. They're active 24/7. They provide servers from both USA and Europe. :)
