I've changed quite a lot of providers and was unsatisfied with most of them. Server4you - now these guys make the BIG difference!

I first chose because the price/value was very good. You can't get a better vServer than you can get here (in terms of performance).

On the downside there is a terrible problem with things said and also standing in the contract and website, especially "guaranteed" things like network speeds or promised up-time of the system. I've had two situation where i realized that there is little to nothing done about redundancy.

For my needs is ok, but if i would have some critical stuff on it, i would rather go with someone more professional companies.

My vServer is on a System that hat off-time for more then 20 hours (in a row!!) and a off-time about 5-8 hours caused by faulty hardware(they say). This happened in just one month. A month ago i had problems with the network caused by misconfiguration(they say). So it seems they don't check their systems on a regularly day basis and as i already mentioned there is no real redundancy.

The support is fast. You get fast answers but a fast answer is not always the best. Keep the speed but we need more more more more competence for the answers, and profession!

Up-to-date OS-Snapshots are not available, for some people its ok, for some not - just want to mention it.

As i look in the future i think i will keep my contract for some time and hope that the things i said will get better. My eyes are always open for alternatives.

I'm using a EcoServer Entry and i'm fully satisfied with it. All services i installed run properly and in case of a technical problem the e-mail support responds quickly and usually gets the problem solved within shortest times.

For hosting your own website or running an own mailserver or cloud drive the EcoServer Entry is a good, reliable and cheap solution.

wrong bios setting was quickly identified and fixed in under 1 hours.

Bought a VPS "vServer" for one year. Despite being the smallest offering, the specs (1GB RAM, 3000MHz CPU share) would make you think otherwise.

Worked out at about €4.50 per month when the 6 months free was included after paying yearly.

Monthly uptime was normally 100%.

Edit: After a few years sadly my experience is worse. My vServer was moved to a different host machine for no obvious reason. The performance was a lot worse, but Server4You denied that anything was wrong (an application that ran smoothly on the old one lagged on the new one).

Deres forbindelse er meget hurtigt og har en god respons tid til hele Europa. Deres hardware i toppen og du kan bruge deres VPS løsning til hvad du egenligt har løst til inden for lovens grænser!
