I have completed 2 courses with SDTI…
I have completed 2 courses with SDTI and am currently enrolled in the Cardiac Alert Dog Class. I have learned so much and have loved the courses. My tutors are really responsive and have been with me every step of the way, by making sure I keep all the training fun for my dog. I am so proud of my service dog Sundae and continue to educate her and myself with SDTI.

Amazing Experience
Unbelievable experience with this company! Please use them to train your service dog. I was extremely nervous because this was my first time and I needed my dog certified right away. I completed all the training in a couple of days and they returned the certificate right away ! Additionally, Julie at customer service walked me through the process and helped with my open doors registration. I can’t say enough about how amazing this company is and I am forever grateful!!!

Absolutely awful customer service
Absolutely awful customer service, dont reply to messages or emails but save your email and send you junk mail. if you are outside of the USA its impossible to speak with person and if you are lucky you will just receive generic automatic email response, dont waste your money!

Yes you did send 2 emails both a long time after i sent my questions and nothing went to my junk folders as i checked them so please dont lie and say this.
The fact is that I sent several messages with quite a few questions to you and when you did reply is was like a robot had typed and nothing was actually answered despite be re asking several times including on FB, instagram and your website.
its also highly suspicious that there are no reviews anywhere except here where anyone can put anything and theres no way to check if the people are real. you want to sell a course and avoid answering questions so pretend you replied and it went to spam/junk. if you dont have the decency to be honest and open then that tells me everything.

Great option for busy professionals
I am a business owner, and also a caregiver for my family member. I needed a flexible, yet trustworthy option for training. Servicedog Training school is the best for option for effective guidance at your own pace. Sometimes, I would have to take a break for caregiving and allow the information to sink in with my Enzo. When I was ready, the website is so organized and easy to use, I could pick up right where I left off. I was anxious about not being able to train my dog in time for our flight, but Dani was great about it by motivating me to go through with it and not let me quit. She was right, Pablo learned very quickly and he travelled by my side.

I took the Psychiatrist Service Dog…
I took the Psychiatrist Service Dog course with my dachshund. The course was easy to follow and complete modules. The training took consistency of training on my end, but helped with animal bonding. I also enlisted a trainer to also help me in addition to the courses support. I was able to complete the program in a little over a month.

PSD Training
I had a great experience training my pet to become a service dog through the Service Dog Training School. I read through the material and incorporated the tutor’s advice into the obedience skills my dog already had. We breezed through the assignments based upon our bond developed since my dog was 8 weeks, coupled by our obedience and performance dog training. I would not assume this program to be easy if you have an older dog without any obedience training and would suggest obedience classes before starting the program. My dog was 10 months old when we completed our training and a knowledge sponge, with lots of experience with crowds of dogs and people and lots of early socialization. Just want to be upfront with expectations so this reads as an honest review. My life has greatly changed for the better being able to include my dog in every aspect of my life and know he can always be by my side and ready to take care of me if the situation arises. This confidence is truly life changing

I could not be more happy with my experience with Service Dog training school. I was particularly impressed with the challenging nature of the school, and how your doggie must complete the tests with satisfactory results uploaded. I am a school counselor and now use my service dog at my international school in Santiago Chile. Having the certification, QR code badge, and all the help and support given by the training school, made my program and service dog all that much better at helping. I am referring many people to the school who have dog training needs. I did extensive world wide research before choosing a program, and I can say with confidence that the training school is top in the world.

Cannot recommend highly enough! I was recommended to Service Dog Training School by a contact of mine. The course content is detailed but easy to follow and really helped me take my dogs training to the next level. The feedback from the tutors is excellent and extremely helpful. I am looking forward to being able to travel more with my dog using the course certification.

Service Animal
SDTDI is a phenomenal way to train your pups for service or ESA without spending thousands of dollars. The instructions are clear and easy. And the time you spend getting to know your pup through the training process is so rewarding and valuable. I have used SDTDI two times now and should I get another pup I will use them again. Best online service dog training available
Before writing this review, I read through the opinions of others here. However, as a customer, I must respectfully disagree with the review that critiqued the service dog training course in the context of flying. My experience was exceptionally positive. The trainers and the dedicated customer service team were pivotal in assisting me with all necessary paperwork and providing a verification letter, facilitating travel with my dog across various European transport modes. It's crucial to mention, though, that Air Canada was the only airline that did not accommodate my psychiatric service dog, as they do not accept any psychiatric service dogs, only allowing guide dogs and ADI-trained service dogs in the cabin. You can either choose Air France or WestJet instead Air Canada.
Despite the setback with Air Canada, the training course itself proved invaluable. At the beginning I was a little skeptical about the vidoes in the course, I am more prefer the in-person training videos, but , I was pleasantly surprised by its effectiveness. The course structure, including the exams after each session, is well-organized and comprehensive. When airlines requested a detailed training report, the school provided all necessary information, including each exam results and video records we submitted, which proved extremely helpful.
Moreover, the ongoing support from the trainers and customer service team, even post-training, was outstanding. In my opinion, this school offers the best online service dog training available, with a program and support team that genuinely stand out.

You are correct that Air Canada runs a strict policy and service dog acceptance can be a bit challenging, particularly for dogs who are not trained through ADI.
However, other Canadian airlines have proved accommodating and very tolerant. This also applies to certain European airlines with whom our graduates have had positive experiences.
It is great to know that the training program has proved effective and beneficial for you and your paw friend and that you appreciate its structure and the comprehensive information it provides!

Good and bad
If you are doing this course so that you can travel easier, don't bother. Unless you're travelling in and out of the USA, your training school needs to be registered with ADI and this school isn't. Canadian and European airlines will not accept this training unless you're flying to the states. Flights to and from the states are covered by american laws, which allow for this training. I haven't seen any other country allow it.
Since my dog is already well trained and I just wanted the certification and comfort of working with this program, the course worked well for me.
I'm glad I've received training from several dog trainers and would definitely recommend folks get one on one training instead of doing this course if they can.
Overall I'm glad it exists but it's overpriced for what it offers and could be improved a lot. Especially since the price of the course doesn't include an ID and training proof booklet.

While flying with service dogs can be an added benefit, it is essential to recognize that airline regulations and policies can vary significantly. It is always advisable for handlers to get familiar with these regulations in advance to avoid potential issues.
We want to assure you that our graduates have successfully utilized our service dog certificates to travel with their service dogs across various continents, including Europe, Asia, South America, and Australia. You may want to view some of the photos on our Instagram page, showcasing our students flying with their service animals worldwide.
Our graduates have reported positive experiences with European airlines such as KLM, LOT, and ITA, provided they managed to present medical documentation along with the certificate as proof of training.
Similarly, Canadian airlines like WestJet, Air Transat, and Porter Airlines have recognized our certificates on various routes, not only on direct flights to and from the US.
While we cannot influence individual airline policies, we always recommend that handlers contact airline agents directly to clarify their service animal acceptance guidelines.
Regarding our training courses, we can proudly state that we have managed to offer comprehensive information and full tutor support at affordable prices. Our courses are specifically designed to provide detailed instruction in a user-friendly format, with step-by-step guidance and instructional videos to enhance practical learning.

Service Dog Training that is very doable!
This was a superb online training! They make it simple enough so that if you have a dog with the right temperament, you should be able to do the training. It is helpful to complete the AKC Canine Good Citizen class with a local dog trainer to get the foundational skills first, prior to doing this training. That's what I did, and then that same trainer assisted me with some of the tasks in this training.

I enrolled in the PSD course so that my dog could accompany me everywhere, especially during air travel. The course material was easy to follow and informative. My dog and I have definitely grown together after this course. The instructors were very supportive and responsiveness.
