Instagram CX Communications
I was unable to contact their CX via the traditional methods and reached out to their Instagram DMs for help. The representatives I spoke to were incredibly helpful and I was in touch with someone daily about a potentially missing package (my fault, not theirs, triple check your zip codes!). The package arrived, and USPS figured it out without anyone else needing to intervene further, but their team was willing to help the entire time and I appreciated their help and kindness!

Piece is great! Shipping was a bit slow.
The piece itself is great and looks the way I wanted and expected. I am happy with that. The packaging was nice and will make a good gift. The shipping took longer than I was told and expected which was a tad annoying. It got to me eventually, I just wish that the shipping time was a bit more accurate.
