Couldn’t recommend enough unbelievable quality, design and customer service. Purchased the wrong colour accidentally and emailed to ask for a correction. Despite it being the hour of a particular popular collection launch I received an email response 3 minutes later with the correct item updated in my purchase and a friendly message from one of the team.
Genuinely one of the most efficient and helpful interactions I’ve ever had with a brand.

The fabrics way surpassed my expectation, the weight and quality of the pieces I ordered are incredible. I messaged the brand regarding the fit of an item before I purchased, the advice given by customer care was perfect

Absolutely petty, awful brand. I commented honest feedback that while I LOVE their designs I wished their wool/plastic blend fabrications were done in 100% natural fibers. For that alone they deleted my comment and blocked my account.

As someone who works in design/marketing for a large global fashion house I think this treatment of a customer for offering earnest and respectful feedback is so ridiculous. If this is how sensitive you are in a business like fashion I don't think it's a business you will be in for long.

Followed up with customer service as I still really wanted to purchase a number of styles but I cannot in good conscience do so if this is how they want to treat their customers. Ultimately I was told it was probably "a mistake" and they would look into it. From then on I have never been followed up with and all attempts at following up from my end have been met with silence.

All in all an awful interaction. I won't be purchasing from Seventh Stores now, or ever, and would encourage others to avoid. I cannot imagine how the lack of customer care that would be given had you actually purchased and they already have your money. They clearly do not care about their customers.

Not good unfortunately. Ordered their lunar bag, which I loved. However, months in the seams already started to rip. For a 200 euro nylon bag, you would atleast expect the stitching to be alright. I have contacted them about this, wondering if maybe I just got a bad batch or something. However, they have not responded on either email or instagram. Would not recommend

I think a one start is too high. Not come across such poor service and poor quality merch. There is no response to emails and yet they spam with emails. Avoid!!

Wrote to the support 2 months ago and no reply. Then i wrote to Them again and still no answer. Stay away from them

AVOID AT ALL COST.

This company has without a doubt the worst customer service. I purchased an item from them order number 23135. The item is too big and I have sent them 3 emails now to return the item and get my refund. They never reply back to your emails and clearly have no intention of returning my money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS 2 BOB SCAMMING COMPANY WHO CLEARLY ARE JUST INTERESTED IN TAKING YOUR MONEY AND HAS A CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT CLEARLY DOES NOT EXIST.

Currently experiencing significant delays with my order, it has been over 20days and still not received any update as to when it will get shipped and it’s looking very unlikely to arrive before Christmas. The customer service from Seventh has been poor, with little communication or support throughout the process. It’s been a frustrating and disappointing experience overall.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the experience I’ve had regarding my recent Black Friday purchase. Despite completing my order and receiving confirmation, it was abruptly canceled, and a refund was issued. While I appreciate the prompt refund, I am puzzled and frustrated that the product is still listed as available on your website.

To make matters worse, I have reached out multiple times via email over the past four days and have yet to receive any response. This lack of communication is unacceptable and raises concerns about your commitment to customer service. Meanwhile, I see your social media platforms actively promoting advertisements, which feels contradictory given the unresolved issues with existing customers.
