Sewing Machines UK Reviews

Great customer service. Fast postage. Really happy as my 30+ year old machine is working perfectly again.

Excellent, personal customer service, going over and beyond.

Excellent customer service and choice. Would highly recommend

I purchase a grade B ex-demo sewing machine. It had a small scuff on the shell but other than that was in excellent condition. It has been serviced and arrived with a whole plethora of accessories. Super happy. Thank you

This company is excellent. Everyone I have spoken to and met there is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional. They are experts in their field and always happy to answer questions and help me with my sewing issues. I bought my first sewing machine from them in 2022 and it has served me very well. I do 1000-1200 hours of sewing a year so it has been worked really hard. I get it serviced by them every year at a very reasonable cost and it comes back running like new. They were even kind enough to lend me a machine while mine was recently serviced, how kind is that! I recommend them very highly indeed.

Customer service was excellent I had a problem with delivery (parcel was already collected from them at time) and they sorted it quickly and kept me informed of the progress.
The machine Brother CV3440 coverlocker is ideal for what I wanted and already in use.
Would recommend and use company again.

I bought the brother overlocker at a really competitive price. It was delivered in 3 days.

Fantastic service with knowledgeable and approachable staffFeeling lost while browsing for a sewing machine online, we spent endless hours on different sites. Luckily, we came across Sewing Machines UK, where the personalized support was incredible. Chrissy helped us by inquiring about our needs and suggesting the ideal machine within our price range. My daughter couldn't be happier with her new Janome machine - it's just right for her. Many thanks!

Tony was very helpful and professional in taking time to find out what sort of sewing machine would be most suitable for me. I’m extremely happy with my new Brother machine and the free sewing machine lesson was a real bonus too. Sue spent time ensuring I was happy with all the functions on the machine. Thankyou so much - what a lovely team!

I bought a walking foot industrial machine, having had the chance to try it out and ask questions. Tony was knowledgeable and helpful - sue is a joy at the end of the phone!
