Incredibly sketchy, terrible customer service, and oh yeah--defective machines they won't refund your money for!
Currently, they have my $500. Currently, I have a broken s*x machine that was defective on arrival. They asked for video of the problem. I said sure, I'll show you a video of it doing nothing. They see my video and swear up and down they are SURE it is just the speed controller and they very pushily insisted they were sending a replacement and all would be in working order. That should have been shipped as quickly as the machine. It wasn't. It took nearly a month. Before this, I made sure to ask if I'm still able to be refunded if the new part doesn't fix the problem. They said yes---try remember that detail--because now it is June, and I purchased this huge mistake, this useless $500 pile of scrap metal, in April. Once I contacted them to tell them HEY this didn't work I want a refund now, they did nothing but attempt to dodge me, talk me out of it, and even convince me to let them troubleshoot it AGAIN. Insane. Now, they are ignoring me. There must be a way to hold them accountable. If there is a way to force them to give me my money back or at least a working machine so I can sell it (I don't want their sketchy, defective machine but I demand to be made whole), they better believe I will find it because they have, quite frankly, stolen my money. They need to return my money immediately, PERIOD.
