I ordered my first 100cm doll and asked for green eyes. They gave her brown eyes. I ordered a second different 110cm doll that cost 70 dollars more than the first one with blue eyes and they sent me the same exact doll as the first one and again with brown eyes not blue. I sent them pics to prove they were the same. I asked for the blue and green eyes to be sent they countered with blue eyes and green glasses and an extra wig.. I asked for different head and got no reply. I asked for the 70 dollars back and again no reply. This company is deceitful and a ripoff! They don't care what you ordered or what YOU want they just want to get your money. They don't give quality products or quality customer service. Typical China company. I recommend you go to ALL YOUR DOLLS and work Ken who will bend over backwards to get you the best quality and customer service. I have worked with him before. He is TOP NOTCH. STAY AWAY FROM US SEX TOY AT ALL COSTS.

I have sent 2 emails trying to get an update on my order, because when I checked out it didn’t give me an option to make an account, but in order to track the delivery, you have to login to your account. I created my account, but order is nowhere to be found. No response or assistance from anyone. Starting to think they are a scam.

Update: The support team finally reached out to me and gave me actual tracking numbers that the original email didn’t supply. They also offered compensation for my frustrations. I am keeping it at 4 stars only because I feel it took the 1-star review for them to respond to me. Once they did respond, they were awesome. The main part of the shipment arrived and is as advertised. I enjoy it.

My order hasn’t been shipped and I haven’t received a tracking number. The website is down and there is no way for me to get in contact with the company. Do NOT buy from this company!

Non so, ma io all'inizio non riuscivo più a trovare il link in internet, poi improvvisamente è ritornato. Stranamente non riesco a rintracciare il pacco di spedizione e quindi non so che fine abbia fatto. Spero che qualcosa ne venga fuori da tutto questo perché non vorrei aver perso circa €600.... per ora aspetterò ancora qualche giorno e se non ci saranno buone novità, dovrò prendere drastiche decisioni.

I've read some reviews about this company being a scam or the delivery takes ages. I'll be honest and thought the same at first, but they are a legit business, and delivery took up to one week with no problems. The Customer Service was great, and replied to all my emails, along with reassurances that I would receive my order.

The order itself (without going into too much detail) is fantastic, and everything I imagined it to be. You have one very "satisfied" customer here.

I am happy that I got my new friend. It did have the wrong color eyes and no wig, but they messaged me back right away and assured me that the right ones will be in the mail. and she is a very cute life like. and a few fingernails came off real easy. But I’d have to say I’m happy with my order.
