I have to give them 5 stars because the machine I got is beyond amazing and high quality!! Costumer service has been wonderful anytime I had any questions. I hear back in a quick and timely manner and everything was answered! I will be ordering from them again very soon!

Here with an update 4-7-2024 my machine is still amazing and doing what it's supposed to! Costumer service reached out to me and sent me a FREE attachment and I got it quickly!!

I bought a machine the money was taken no order information or confirmation number was issues contact ussex toys via email which responded with a order number an was told I'd be updated by tracking that never happened I want my money back or the product

Extrem schlechte Erfahrung mit dieser Seite (Verkäufer).

Nachweislich defekte Ware erhalten, welche dem Verkäufer schriftlich und in Bildform nachgewiesen wurde.
Der Verkäufer weigert sich den Artikel zurück zu nehmen, trotz des Werbeversprechens von 100% Geld zurück Garantie.
Weiterhin wirbt der Verkäufer das der Abgebildete Artikel zu 100% dem entspricht was man kauft, was ich zu 110% NICHT bestätigen kann.

Diverse Mängel wie zb, Kopf der Puppe ist ein komplett anderer als bestellt, alle Nägel sind teils gerissen oder Ecken abgeplatzt, Riss an einer relevanten Öffnung (bei einer vermeintlich neuen Puppe?), Wimpern sind schon beim Auspacken abgefallen (Komplett), Draht schaut aus der Hand (Scharfkantig und meiner Meinung nach nicht ganz ungefährlich wenn man das übersieht), diverse Beschädigungen am kompletten Artikel (ähnlich wie Abschürfungen) und an einigen stellen unvollendete Textur (War wohl kein Material mehr vorhanden ;-) sieht ähnlich aus wie ein Sonnenbrand der sich löst)

Ich muss nichts künstlich schlecht reden, denn hier ist einfach alles schlecht.
Der Kundenservice ist sogar noch schlechter als der Zustand der Puppe, Ware aus Deutschland geliefert und ich soll sie nach Asien senden, selbstverständlich auf meine Kosten.
Zusammengefasst, es gibt kein Geld zurück wenn man hier kauft und nachweislich Defekte Ware erhalten hat.

Paypal Käuferschutz eingeschaltet und die Überlegung ist nah Rechtliche schritte einzuleiten, denn der Duft von Betrug steigt irgendwie auf.

We totally thought this was gonna be a scam so we found the cheapest doll and purchased. Emma is our new girlfriend. Our real girlfriends don't know we did this hahaha. So Emma is 3foot 4. At first was weird but fits perfectly under buddy's bed to hide her well. Emma's boobs are perfect size. Was hoping for a much thicker ass. But our fault for cheating out. 3 holes us to use. I'm a bit larger so going in all the way doesn't work so well. But buddy's about 5 inches and he gets that amazing *slap* *slap* sound going quite furiously if ya know what I mean. It's a beautiful sight to see. We ordered the wrong wig and wrote to customer service. They responded in less than a day and are sending us a replacement wig free of charge.

We've only had her a week and we're both officially "drained" if u catch my drift 😉.

Next time we will definitely be willing to spend a little more knowing that it's not a scam and the customer service is impeccable.

Pros:
1-FAST Shipping, ordered Oct 26th and delivered Oct 30th... I was SHOCKED!
2-Product was MUCH better than expected! Not the super cheap knockoffs other sites sell. I was expecting a knockoff, but no, it is a GREAT product!
3-My order was $975-ish ~ The same model on other sites was (at the lowest I could find) $1,325

Cons:
1-The wig was not the one that was supposed to come with the doll... I am not into Blonds -_-
2-Although the body was correct, the breast size was wrong. Ordered B, got D! I am not into bigger breast myself... That is the reason this is not a five star.

I am in contact with them now. I will update upon gathering new information. Heck, if they correct the issue, this is a five star review from me all the way!

All in all, not too bad, expect one or two things to be off about the order I guess? The Product is of good production value, that was unexpected! I am very pleased with the quality... just upset the order was wrong. Again, I will update this review upon any new information.
