I purchased a pipe dream elite vibrating blowjob penis pump from sex super store.
Iwas disappointed when I used it because it didn't vibrate and the suction although was quite strong the intermittent suction was slow.In the product title said it vibrates
although the info on the box doesn't mention it.So I think this is misleading description as it only does half the job.So
i don't think it's worth the price.

Overall great experience with this…
Overall great experience with this company. Quick delivery and great product. Only thing I would say is the product was a lot smaller then I thought it would be but I suppose everything looks bigger online anyways.
Very happy :)

Thank you for your honest and valuable feedback.
Terrible customer service.
I ordered a toy from these guys, I wanted to try them out instead of Lovehoney.
When I used their returns procedure I was told I couldn’t have a refund of something else of equal value as the item had been taken out of the box.
Of course I had opened the box to look at the item everybody does and this does not violate any returns procedures.
Since then they do not answer emails and will not refund me so I would stay clear of this company.

Hi Simon, Thank you for your review. Our terms of return are strict due to the nature of our products, ensuring we put our customer health and safety first. Our returns policy (https://sexsuperstore.co.uk/policies/refund-policy) says "We are unable to accept returns of used products - all returns are inspected and if they are found to have been opened or used, we will be unable to accept the return". We deem open packages as being 'used' because we are not able to tell what has actually happened. Once the goods are opened they become unsellable. We are sorry that you have not enjoyed your experience shopping with Sex Superstore, we have not intentionally not responded to your lastest email, so we will locate this immedietly and respond. As before, our returns policy is strict, however this is standard within our industry to ensure customers safety and provide a quality service. Here is a line from a leading online sex shop's returns policy for reassurance "Products must be unopened, unused or unworn and have packaging or tags intact".
We will take this valuable feedback to update the wording on our returns policy, ensuring we communicate clearly in the future. Thank you once again for taking the time to leave us this review and sharing your experience with other Sex Superstore customers.

Hello, thanks for leaving your honest review. We are very sorry that both of the items you have received are faulty. It's never our intention to supply faulty items or for items to arrive broken. We will review our packaging proceedures to ensure we can limit the chance of items being damaged in transit.
Further more, I can see my colleague has responded to your email reporting these issues with a returns form and freepost address. Please reach out to us if you have any further issues.
Thank you for the prompt delivery

annoying email spam.
delivery packaging fine but the daily email spam asking for a review is irritating, indiscreet, desperate, uncalled for and makes me inclined to go elsewhere for future purchases. i will be adding this email to my spam list.
