Sexswing.com Reviews

We had the swing shipped to Canada and still got our package within 2 days. Immediately after purchase I was emailed a confirmation followed by a tracking number the next day. Extremely smooth process. I would recommend this site

Item Arrived with parts missing from shipping, took care of it shipped the missing items.
Very pleased with the service

This swing really spiced up our sex life, my wife and I love it.

Ordered product October 28 was supposed to arrive 5-14 days following; November 11 product still has not been picked up at original selling point. 25 digit tracking code has been established for USPS and UPS. Unacceptable business practice. I guess 1 star is better than no star for a review!

This company is great! The product is top of the line and easy to setup and use! Very happy with the purchase

Customer service was great they got back to me very quickly through email and called me on the phone talking to me about the product and seeing if I need anything else. Swinging in stand arrive at the house very quickly .

i would have issued 5 stars if it wasn't for the lack of a headrest that was supposed to arrive with the swing. they are sending the headrest, so their making it right. would buy from this company again. Oh, the swing is awesome but you really need the headrest that in my opinion should come with the swing to begin with.

Delivery to Canada was quick and tracking provided could see when it was to arrive overall great company to buy from

The swing works well for us, my wife came quite quickly and I really enjoyed the whole thing. The only issue I have is with the lack of information on your website about how to set up and use the swing and maybe some different tips and tricks but mainly setup. The link forthe video does not work and we had to look elsewhere for help.

My only complaint is that I think tracking numbers should have been sent out as a matter of course. I had to call and get the tracking numbers. But the company was super helpful and responded quickly when I called.

Be sure to leave a voicemail if you call customer service and you don’t reach a live operator. Once I heard from a representative of sexswing.com they were courteous, professional, and promptly answered my question.

The best thing I’ve ever bought. Order was easy, turned up on time. Didn’t get my free gift though ☹️. But overall excellent!

Absolutely awesome!!Ordering was a breeze!Came in a timely manner,price was reasonable,easily installed,good quality for the price.Veru pleased with everything!!

I got my order quick and the company was very quick and helpful to answer any questions I had. I’m very pleased

Good Website & Good Product. Checkout was smooth and easy, the swing arrived in a timely fashion and was, ahem, a pleasure to use.

When I called customer service they were friendly and knowledgeable and efficient.

The swing is high quality and is absolutely fine to use. It is easy to install and made us happy customers. We will recommend sex swing.com to all our friends.

the only thing i did not like was it said if i place an order with in so many hours it would be free shipping so i placed my order right away and i did not give me free shipping

Thanks, perfect service

Super customer service. It’s very pleasant to work with Abby. She refunded a 2-day shipping due to unexpected weather condition that the shipment came late (not sexswing’s fault but she did it anyway). The product quality is top-notch. The hardware is very steady and straps are smooth. Include a headrest FREE. We’re happy with customer service and the product as advertised. Thank you Abby & SS.
