The product was advertised as shipping from the USA, but it was actually manufactured in China and shipped from China, which is a materially different expectation from what was presented at checkout.

Because the item was produced and shipped internationally, delivery time extended to almost 20 days, far beyond what would reasonably be expected from a U.S.-based shipment.

Communication with the seller was poor. They did not acknowledge the discrepancy regarding the product’s origin and repeatedly shifted the burden of resolving international logistics issues onto the buyer.

International shipping already carries higher risk, and when combined with unclear disclosure about manufacturing and shipping origin, the overall shopping experience was extremely disappointing.

I recently, purchased a doll from their website and was told that it would take 2-5 days to ship. My order was placed on the 16th and it's says complete on their website. However, FedEx still hasn't updated their tracking and it says a label has been created for 3 days. Does it take longer than this to simply get the package to FedEx? What are they doing? Not only that but I've tried contracting customer support multiple times and no reply. I called and still no reply along with emailing. I'm going to give it a couple more days then, I will consider talking with my bank about this issue.

I'm leaving a 1 star review since SexTorsos.com cannot reply to any of my follow up messages since I purchased my toy off their website. I paid $450 for Sophrina and after I made my purchase, I've gotten no updates on this package. I've been contacting their "LIVE" chat support for 3 days now and I keep getting no answer. I also messaged their telegram along with their WhatsApp and still received no answer. I don't even know if I was scammed or not because it's been 3 days and I am clueless to where my package is at. I do not recommend this place at all unless they toughen up their customer support skills and possibly not steal photos of other dolls and use them to advertise as their own. If I do not get a follow up within 2 days, I will be contacting my bank and filing a dispute against your company.
