Horrific customer service (can’t lie I thought it was a scam), would never ever recommend anyone to order from here, clothes are nice but not worth the hassle. Ordered my items, didn’t arrive until a month later which was fine if someone had just answered my emails. No response to emails, calls, messages on the site, voicemails. Waiting for them via email to assist with my return. Their 1 business day turn around time to answer you back is non existent, didn’t hear back until 19 days later. Save yourself the time and money.

I ordered two dresses on January 15th, and wanted to change the shipping address so I emailed them couple times, but no response. 10 days passed, still no response. At that point I had to cancel my order because I knew the dresses were not gonna make it on time for my baby shower nor maternity photo shoot. I emailed them again couple times that I needed to cancel, but again no response. I called them so many times too but no one answered. Next day, I got an automatic email saying that the dresses were shipped. As soon as I got them, I started the return process. I emailed them that I wanted to return the dresses, and surprisingly I got a reply back right away with a return shipping label. I sent back the dresses, but I didn’t get a refund. I emailed them again to let them know that I needed a refund but no response. So basically they stole my money and keep avoiding me. I tried to reach out to them on Instagram and left a comment but they just deleted it.

I had the best experience I text smm for some help for sizing to order and I order express mail and got the dress as soon as possible I was so excited to try it on and it was more than what I hoped for and super comfortable to move around on I can’t wait to wear it the day of my baby shower!

Fast shipping and amazing product. The outfits are so comfortable and make me feel confident in my pregnant body! They make the bump look amazing!!!

This dress was a large part of the inspiration for my shower, I wanted a carebear theme but was very specific about the PASTEL rainbow for it which was inspired by this dress which I first saw on Instagram! My daughter is not a rainbow baby but the design was perfect for the theme I wanted! I specifically requested my dress be made off shoulder with long sleeves given the time of year and my request was honored in a very timely fashion and the material was very comfy! All my measurements were used and it was long enough as I am a taller curvier female. I was able to wear my bedazzled crocs underneath for comfort and no one could tell as planned! The bust was a little big but I was able to pin it just fine and I over estimated that measurement. I was very satisfied with my purchase over all and received many compliments!

I love how comfortable and flattering this dress is. When it comes to maternity wear I’m very picky. Being able to find a dress for my baby shower that was comfortable and that was able to show off my bump was a must. I’m so glad I came across sexy mama maternity!

I ordered multiple dresses from Sexy Mama Maternity in anticipation of both my maternity photos and my bridal shower. I ended up going with one of their gowns, which does give the option to send in measurements, which was a great plus for me. The gown I ordered came to me and fit me like a glove. the material was thick and double lined, and was also plenty stretchy. I got the dress when I was around 26 weeks pregnant and it still fit perfectly for my maternity photos at 31 weeks. I love the look and received so many compliments on the gown, and would definitely recommend this store to others!

Absolutely loved my dress! It was so flattering! I felt so gorgeous in it! The fabric was so comfortable and soft! The color was exactly as I expected! This company was so sweet and definitely exceeded my expectations!

The customer service is lacking. Very email is an auto response and I have never been able to talk to a live person. There’s a phone number but no one ever answers or returns my calls. They shipped my order a month after I bought it and by then I was no longer pregnant. Have I been reimbursed? Nope. Have I spoken to anyone? Nope. No one has had the time for me. And on top of all of that the fabric is transparent and thin. Poor all around.

Shipped very fast! Loved fhe dress i ordered but the shirt only came in a size one and up so it was unfortunately too big otherwise it would have been very cute!

I was looking for a body con dress I can use each week to catalogue bump progression. I landed on all kinds of maternity sites, mostly for bigger names. It was clear to me when I came across SMM that this was my store! The dresses seemed exactly what I wanted, had a variety of styles and colors.

My constructive feedback would be that the return policy is very restrictive and im nervous about that. It’s been 8 days since I ordered but I’m not sure if my order has even shipped yet. I qualify for an exchange I understand you need to RECEIVE the dresses back with in 20 days from my ORDER date. I have no control over how quickly you package or how long it takes for delivery. I would suggest a longer time frame or to say it must be mailed/post dated within 20 days of order.

Can’t comment on quality of clothes since I haven’t received and don’t know when exactly they will arrive.

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed my order, got a damaged item. I tried to contact them for 3 days and I got no response via DM, email or phone (no one ever answers) and then when I got a response I was told I could get a credit. I said no, I’ve been trying to contact you guys since I got the package and I want a refund. I sent it back, no response, no refund, no credits no nothing. So they essentially stole my money and they keep avoiding me. I have called my credit card company to put a hold on this and to try to dispute it. Worst customer service ever and I honestly wish I never bought from them.

I absolutely loved my dress! The material was comfortable and the rainbow tulle bottom was a hit. I got sooooo many compliments during our shower. I will definitely be ordering my next baby shower dress from Sexy Mama. I paid for the extra shipping and packaging. The dress came with plenty of time to spare before my shower.
