I ordered my dress a week before my baby shower. I paid for express processing and 1-2 day shipping and received it the day before my shower. I absolutely loved this dress! It exceeded all of my expectations. The dress fit like a glove. The material was extremely soft which made it very comfortable to wear all day. The color was perfect to match with my theme! I can’t wait to order more ☺️

I was very pleased with how quickly my order shipped.I love that SMM asks for measurements. As a tall mama, I was so relieved that the dress was long enough and still hugged my curves and bump in all of the right places. The color and quality were superb, therefore the dress photographed beautifully.

Excellent customer service! I order 2 dresses I emailed them to see when I would received it , they assured me I would receive my dresses before my event and I did !! The dresses fit perfect and they fit so perfect !

I wish I could do negative stars. Once you reply to an email, bots send an automated email and it seems legitimate until you ask specific questions. No one responds when you have questions via phone call. I assume all the positive reviews are bots too. The BBB has open and unresolved cases with this business/company nor is the business accredited by them. I've added my complaint to BBB, consumer fraud and Idaho state. They did not honor the sale contract under federal law and I've requested a refund.

New wave of positive reviews definitely sketchy. Customer service is unresponsive yet very active on Instagram. Agent disappeared in middle of webchat when I asked about my order from October 15th. Previously I have sent numerous emails, called, left voicemails no response. November 3rd received a email saying my order would ship out by tomorrow at the absolute latest but as of today tracking only shows label was created. If you search them on Facebook a post comes up about a woman having the same experience and multiple commenters all echo the same sentiment. These are despicable people maybe instead of replying to bad reviews on here with their bs they should reply to emails answer the damn phone and send out orders. I've already contacted my bank, they lost a repeat customer

I searched and searched for a maternity dress that was also somewhat “sexy ish” I had no luck, they all look the same just boring. Then I came across sexy mama I thought now there’s something I can work with. I wore the gown to my princess theme baby shower and I looked like a queen!!! So many compliments… I felt amazing. Maternity clothes aren’t always pretty and stylish in my opinion, I’m glad I found their page.
I don’t understand the negative reviews, I had the complete opposite experience. Within minutes of placing my order I received an email from smm asking for my measurements, then my order was shipped a few days after I replied.

The dress purchased from Sexy Mama Maternity was an absolute dream, it hugged every curve in just the right way and was incredibly comfortable. I have never felt so beautiful! The colour is so pretty and was perfect for my shower, I am so in love! The whole process was super easy, even from Canada.

I’m 100% impressed with the entire process and the dress, the free alterations were amazing and shipping was so fast considering all the custom work that goes into each dress! It fit amazing and looked even better, will (and have already) recommend to all my friends!

The forest green maxi dress I purchased was exactly what I had envisioned. Due to the store’s policy of sending body measurements, it fit perfectly. This company is amazing! I ordered two dresses from here. My baby shower dress was on back order and I received an email stating that I could choose another dress if I didn’t want to wait. My maternity dress was so comfortable and buttery soft. They offer free alterations which give you a perfect fit! Highly recommend.

I would give them a 0 if I could. Yes, the clothes are cute but the shipping takes too long. The customer service is horrendous they do not want to even follow their return policy. Customer service ruined this company for me they take extremely long time to get back to you and then when they finally do they don’t even answer your questions.

Absolutely love my taupe sweetheart dress for our family photos in the keys! It was the perfect color and perfect fit ! It’s so hard to find something that makes you feel beautiful when your pregnant, but this dress was everything! The order process and sizing was really easy and shipping was fast! 100% recommend this company and dresses!
