SGT is flexible and efficient, really a pleasure to work with. Our car was transported from coast to coast at the quoted cost, and on schedule, despite some last minute date changes we had to make.

Don't do it
Sigh... simply NO DO NOT BOOK. vague answers and different answers from different people. they assured me they would meet my timeline but the closer we got to the timeline the more vague they got. about 24 hours after they were outta time on the contract they offered me a carrier beyond me deadline and told me it was the "Only option" .. when I challenged it they said "there is still time" and that it's the only offer so far...but others called and offered next say. they would no guarantee me they'd meet the deadline but previously they said 3 days was all that needed. All lies
I should point out that SGT reached out and offered to refund my 199 if I removed a bad Facebook review and would signal contract about my review language. I told them 199 is worth my 1st amendment rights. would you believe they are a department responsible for making these calls?!

SGT was hired to utilize our auto-hauling industry expertise and proprietary network of vetted motor carriers to arrange transportation through a licensed and insured carrier. The 3-business-day pickup window referenced in the Customer Shipping Contract provides a timeframe during which our team actively works to arrange transportation, communicate with carriers, and present available options to the customer.
At the time of the conversation you referenced, the pickup window was still in its early stages, and the carrier option presented was the only option available to our team at that time. Presenting that option did not mean we had stopped working on your shipment or that no other option could become available before the pickup window expired. When you declined the option presented, our team advised that we could continue working to identify another transportation option.
You ultimately chose to cancel the order, and we respect that decision. Based on our records, however, there was no failure by SGT to provide service or honor the agreed pickup window. The available option was communicated transparently, and our team remained willing to continue working within the applicable timeframe.
Any discussions regarding a potential good-faith or Good Faith resolution were intended solely as an opportunity to address the concerns you raised and seek a mutually acceptable resolution. Such discussions should not be interpreted as an admission that SGT owed a refund, breached the agreement, or acted improperly.
We respect every customer’s right to share feedback, whether positive or negative, and we take those concerns seriously. At the same time, we believe it is important that public statements accurately reflect the documented circumstances of the transaction.
SGT remains committed to transparent communication, professional service, and working diligently to arrange transportation for our customers.

The driver was professional and right on time with pick up and delivery. Bonus he allowed me to put a few items in my car. My car is a Mercedes Benz. He stayed in touch with me and a family member who was waiting for my car upon delivery. Excellent!

Pricing was a little too high
SGT customer service is really good.
-Pricing was a little too high.
-Was delayed a day for pickup and also delayed a day for arrival/pickup.
-Had to drive to pickup my car 40 minutes away.
I would use SGT again.

Everyone involved did a great job to help me establish the transport. And was very understanding when I had to modify the shipment due to my vehicle needing work done. Prices were reasonable as well. The transporter they set me up with was great. Communicated well and was punctual.

Delayed deliivery date
Stated deliver today (Saturday), confirmed by several sgt emails. Found out is hasn't even left the state where I purchased the car. Won't be here until Tuesday, and they won't guarantee that. Piss poor.

We understand your frustration, but we would like to clarify that the delivery date discussed in the emails was an estimated timeframe, not a guaranteed delivery date. In auto transportation, delivery timing can change based on the carrier’s route, traffic, weather, and other circumstances that may affect transit.
The Customer Shipping Contract explicitly states that delivery dates and times are estimates. The estimated Saturday delivery was based on the information available at the time and should not be interpreted as a firm commitment. We understand that receiving an updated estimate of Tuesday was frustrating, but changes to estimated transit times do not mean that SGT failed to meet a delivery commitment.
We appreciate the opportunity to clarify the circumstances surrounding your shipment.

Great service Great price fast shipping, fast friendly professional service, Great communication. was looking to ship my 66 chevy chevelle in enclosed container. requested shipping had quote in minutes and shipper within the next hour. shipper arrived that afternoon with enclosed trailer. he was very professional and friendly, took time to explain the process and answered all my questions. my auto arrived at it's destination the same day over three hundred miles away, was unloaded and we inspected it together, not a scratch. Was very happy with the service. I highly recommend them and will use them again for my next shipping project.
