The original quote was an estimate based on the current marketplace at the time the order was placed. As outlined in the Customer Shipping Contract, quotes are subject to changes in carrier availability, demand, route conditions, and other market factors. When the originally quoted option is no longer available, a revised transportation option may be presented for the customer’s consideration.
The revised rate was presented before transportation proceeded, and you were free to accept or decline it. We respect your decision to cancel, but the updated rate was based on the transportation option available at that time and was not an arbitrary increase.
We remain committed to transparent pricing, clear communication, and providing customers with options when market conditions change.

SGT Auto Transport did a great job transporting my car. Their fee was very reasonable compared with other companies, especially considering the rising gas prices. A little hiccup at the beginning but once the driver picked up the car. Everything went smoothly and as planned. We had to move five cars from Phoenix to San Diego. We requested that all be picked up on the same day, despite the fact that three different rigs were going to be used. Absolutely awful company
Absolutely awful company. I have included my Order number UE396EY so this company can investigate their horrible service. We paid extra for Scheduled Guaranteed Pick Up on 9/8/2026 and they didn't pick it up that day per our contract. When they finally contacted us they wanted to charge us an additional 350.00 more for pick up on the wrong day. They should have been calling to apologize, remove the extra charge for the guaranteed pick up and deliver the car. You can't talk to a real person. All communications will be through chat and email....to which they don't respond. Do Not Use this company.
