Excellent Service During a Time‑Sensitive Move
SGT Auto Transport was a lifesaver for us. After another transport company completely flaked on our scheduled pickup—and with a strict relocation deadline—I reached out to SGT early that morning. They immediately got us booked and had a driver ready to pick up our vehicle the very next day for transport from Oregon to Arizona.
Sergy was outstanding from start to finish. He stayed in communication the entire time, was professional, and kept me updated on timing and any minor delays. The level of reliability and responsiveness made a stressful situation so much easier.
We will definitely use SGT Auto Transport again in the future.

I had a terrible experience with SGT Auto Transport. They charged $199.00 from my account even though we canceled the transport before any work was performed. No vehicle was transported, no services were completed, yet they still took my money.
This is a very poor business practice and has completely destroyed my trust in this company. I expect businesses to operate with honesty and integrity, and this experience was the exact opposite.
I will be filing a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and pursuing every available avenue to recover my money. I would strongly encourage anyone considering SGT Auto Transport to be extremely cautious and make sure they fully understand the company's billing and cancellation policies before providing any payment information.

It is not a payment for completed transportation services, but rather an agreed-upon fee that covers administrative efforts, resources, and costs associated with processing and managing the shipment.
Our records indicate that the cancellation occurred after resources had already been dedicated toward arranging transportation. We also want to emphasize that engaging with multiple transportation providers simultaneously can create challenges within the auto transport industry, as duplicate bookings and overlapping requests may cause confusion among carriers, impact scheduling efforts, and make it more difficult for companies to effectively coordinate a shipment.
SGT Auto Transport operates with honesty and transparency, and we provide customers with clear terms before they commit to a shipment. The cancellation policy was not added after the fact or applied unexpectedly—it was part of the agreement accepted at the time of booking.
While we understand that customers may change their plans or choose not to proceed, canceling an order does not eliminate the contractual terms that were agreed upon. We remain committed to fair business practices, honoring our agreements, and providing accurate information throughout the transportation process.

On July 15, 2026, SGT Auto Transport charged my credit card $199 for vehicle transportation services. The transportation service was never provided, and my vehicle was not picked up. Despite payment, I did not receive the service I purchased. Do not pay any upfront fee, the company charges a low amount to lure you in and later they will up the price after you have paid the initial 199. I had a very disappointing experience with SGT Auto Transport. They initially quoted me $1,485 and promised pickup within 3–4 days, which was the main reason I chose them. After waiting until the scheduled pickup date, they suddenly increased the price to $1,875, claiming it was due to carrier pricing. I reluctantly agreed because I needed my vehicle shipped. Even after accepting the higher price, they still failed to pick up my vehicle and ultimately canceled the shipment. They also charged my credit card despite not providing the service I paid for. I believe the initial low quote was used to attract my business, only to raise the price later when I had fewer options. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. Be cautious and get everything in writing before committing.

Finally a company that does what they say!
After trying to get my car shipped with three different companies which was very stressful and frustrating, I found SGT. They are a very good company. I found them to be very straightforward. My vehicle was actually picked up within two days of going with them. Communication was very good, only snag was how the final payment was to be made but that was resolved quickly. After scheduling with them, I finally felt that I could trust them and not get scammed or be led on with promises of pickup that never happened.
I will definitely use them again if I need auto transport, no need to look elsewhere.

Absolute Disaster from start to finish
SGT Transport was contracted based on the reviews I had read and that was a huge mistake on my part. My vehicle was scheduled for picked up on 22 July and although verified by the driver, wasn't picked up until 23 July, a day late and delivered three days late. Status of my vehicle was provided as "enroute" starting 23 July. However the driver that picked it up put it in a yard and it sat there for over 2 days before departing, resulting in my delivery being 3 days late. Instead of my vehicle being delivered by a company, DOT licensed vehicle my vehicle transported and delivered (NC to Florida) using a personal vehicle without any DOT or MC registration. Throughout the process communications with SGT was only by chat and although I was told by at least 5 people they would get back to be, they NEVER did. Zero communications from SGT.
I am requesting a full refund based on the misrepresentation and misinformation provided with my vehicle being enroute by both SGT Transport and 95 BNDTS LLC since Thursday and knowing my vehicle never departed NC until Saturday as well as being delier 3 days late. This information was provided by both SGT Transport and 95 BNDTS LLC. Additionally, I have also filed a complaint regarding the transport company transporting vehicles across state lines without using a DOT licensed transports.

According to our records, your vehicle was successfully transported and delivered to the destination. The transportation service was completed, and we do not find a basis for a full refund based solely on a delay outside of the estimated timeframe, as the contract does not provide guaranteed delivery dates.
We also take your concerns regarding carrier operations, communication, and compliance seriously. Your feedback has been forwarded to our Quality Assurance team and Carrier Compliance team for further review and investigation. These teams will review the details provided and evaluate the concerns raised regarding the carrier’s operations and communication.
At this time, we have not received documentation confirming any wrongdoing or violations by the carrier involved. However, we remain committed to reviewing all concerns appropriately and ensuring that the carriers we work with meet applicable requirements and service expectations.

After making the initial call to the company. They were able to start working on transporting the two vehicles. The driver was very nice and friendly and was able to transport them to their destination safely. Dropped them off with the original price. No hidden agenda. My son and I were very pleased with the entire experience. Definitely will use them again.

Shipped car FL to NY. Great price, great service!
Great experience shipping my car from FL to NY! I found SGT through an online search and chose them because their pricing was very competitive. I wasn’t expecting the above and beyond service. They had to pick up the car in a gated community in FL where my 86 year old parents live. The gate wouldn’t allow their big carrier truck in, so the driver got out, walked to their house, drove the car back and loaded it on the truck. He delivered it right on schedule. I got alerts all along the way letting me know pickup time, status and arrival time. When the driver arrived to drop it off, he was friendly and patient and had everything ready for us. I would definitely use them again

I contacted several car transport companies and SGT confirmed that my 54 year old car would be picked up and delivered without being unloaded and reloaded. My car was picked up the next day as promised and was delivered by the same excellent driver 2 days later. A good price and excellent service means I will use SGT for my next car transport. It was a perfect experience and I couldn't be happier that my car arrived in perfect shape.

I had a very good experience with SGT auto transport. I had a vehicle shipped from CA to MA and it only took 5 days from pickup to arrival. The driver, Ismet, was very professional and the vehicle arrived in the same condition in MA that it had left in in CA. I needed information after the delivery and Felix was very helpful with a prompt reply. I think this is a good company to deal with.

Follow-up to my previous review
I wrote a detaled review a few weeks ago about my experience with SGT and their inability to fulfill their obligation: pick up my care in the window they gave me. Because I was left with no other option I had to find another company and they hit me with the "cancellation fee" because I was forced to find another carrier.
Here is where it gets great: SGT called me and said that if i removed my negative review they would refund me the money!. That's the kind of company they are. When things work out like in the past when I used them, they were good. When things do not work out you realize what kind of cmpany they are.

The cancellation of your order occurred while during your pickup window and your shipment was also engaged with another broker. As outlined in Point 1(j) of the signed agreement, double-booking can disrupt negotiations with carriers, create uncertainty in the marketplace, and result in delays and increased costs. SGT had already invested time and resources into arranging transportation options on your behalf. As outlined in the Customer Shipping Contract you signed, certain cancellation circumstances may result in an applicable cancellation fee. This fee is not a penalty, but rather a contractual charge intended to account for the administrative costs and resources involved when a shipment is cancelled after work has already been performed.
No customer is obligated to use our services, and we respect a customer’s decision if they choose not to proceed. However, once a customer engages our services, utilizes our resources, and agrees to the terms of the contract, the applicable contractual obligations remain in place.
Additionally, the dispute was further complicated when a chargeback was submitted despite the signed agreement containing provisions regarding credit card disputes and chargebacks. Our team made efforts to address the situation and work toward a resolution in good faith, but the actions taken were inconsistent with the terms agreed upon.
We understand that not every transport experience goes exactly as expected, and we take customer concerns seriously. However, it is important to recognize that SGT followed the agreed process, provided available options, and acted within the terms of the signed agreement. We remain committed to handling all customer matters professionally and transparently.
Terrible experience
Terrible experience. I would not recommend SGT Auto Transport.
We were shipping our daughter's car from the East Coast to Nevada because she is moving there for school. Our plan was to have the car delivered while we were staying in Nevada for a week to help her get settled.
Originally, we wanted to schedule the pickup on Wednesday, but the SGT representative strongly recommended Thursday instead, saying it would better fit our schedule. We trusted his professional advice.
That turned out to be a huge mistake.
On the scheduled pickup date, no driver showed up. I had to contact SGT myself and waited for hours before being told that the driver could not make it at all. They were unable to arrange another pickup until the following Monday—the very day we were flying to Nevada. Ironically, the representative had previously told us there was "very, very little chance—close to zero" that a Monday pickup would be needed.
Because of their poor recommendation and failure to honor the scheduled pickup, we could no longer have the car delivered while we were in Nevada. As a result, we had to purchase another car there and were unable to ship many of the items we had planned to send with our daughter's vehicle.
To make matters worse, SGT refused to take responsibility for what happened and still charged us a $199 cancellation fee. Their customer service was also extremely frustrating. Their phone system was down, so the only way to reach them was through live chat while waiting for someone to call back.
We trusted their advice because they are supposed to be the experts. Most people don't ship cars regularly, so naturally we relied on their recommendations. Instead, their poor guidance disrupted our plans, cost us a significant amount of money, and created unnecessary stress during an important family move.
This company was unreliable, unprofessional, and unwilling to take responsibility for its mistakes. We deeply regret trusting their recommendation and would not use their service again. I will give zero star if I can.

We had a very good experience with SGT. We had a very tight timeframe and I was very anxious about it but SGT Live Chat was very responsive. They kept us informed and it all worked well.
