Great company
Great company. Always extremely helpful when you ring for advice. Have just bought my second umbrella from them. Unfortunately I did not take the harsh Queensland weather into consideration when I bought my first - was trying to save $$$. Always a mistake. Anyway, Shade Australia is my supplier of choice and I highly recommend them and their products.

Prompt and helpful service, however the quality of the product as expected. We ordered commercial grade shade mesh but it wasn't heavy as expected for this grade of material.

Our 80% commercial Shade Cloth is the heaviest grade we have available off the shelf and in a roll. I can assure that it is accurately graded as a high-quality 80% commercial grade shade cloth, and we've not had this kind of feedback before.
