received the glasses 2 weeks ago and the temple arm broke off after 2 weeks they do not appear to be a good quality pair of glasses I tried to get them replaced but the web site kept asking for the code number on the temple piece there was no writing on the arm and the web site would not allow me to proceed without it, it was easier to request a refund so that's what i did I would not recommend these glasses I bought a better pair on Amazon on for less and still have them much better quality

The price for replacement is the price they pay to make these garbage sunglasses. You can look at them and the color of the lenses fade. I've been a business owner for years and good marketing will only get you started. I would advise you to fix this before it catches up to you and you don't make any money. Good luck with your business, but they are garbage. $20.00 is a good price for these.

Extremely poor customer service, paid extra to have my order shipped priority and they didn't ship for 7 days. Customer service doesn't answer or hangs up!! Would not recommend.

I got my S/R Talon at Christmas Party Gift exchange (2025)? 4th July my left lens was loose and came off. I contact via email, and text all the can ask for was the email and the name of the person to verify the purchase? Needless to say i didn't have the purchaser info, I didn't not get any assistance to replace my lens or glasses. The warranty claims that S/R has on there website, they didn't honor poor business practice. Never again

Tried to place an order on their website price changes from one minute to the next. If you click an ad online you get one price and if you go direct to site you get another price and it never matches when you go to cart to check out theres always more charges!!! Poor customer service also!! Stay away friends!!! They are what they say they are.. Shady!!!!

Ps. Ive since sent two follow emails at their request to try to resolve it and have still gotten no response back!!! SMH pathetic!!!

Have ordered 6 pair over the years for myself, husband, and son. Great quality, and they stand behind their replacement guarantee. Have either lost or broken 3 pair, and all three replaced quickly and without question. Highly recommend!

Response and processing time is terrible. I reached placed an order a few days ago and added the expedited processing option because I wanted them for a trip that was a week out. 3 days later and they still haven’t processed my sunglasses. I’ve reached out to them multiple times through different inquiries and they haven’t responded to a single one. I want to cancel my order now but i know if I try they wont respond to that either.

Additional note: when placing my order a hidden $14 charge kept appearing in my cart. I discovered it was the hard case that it kept trying to add to my sunglasses. I unselected the option in the cart but when I would go to checkout it would still have the $14 charge but didn’t even show that the case was in my cart. I had to clear my cart multiple times to finally get to checkout without trying to be charged for the hard case… Very scammy

Horrible company. Sunglasses arrived broken. Tried for several days to contact an actual CSR instead of AI or automated return. Why a CSR? Because they wanted me to pay $9 additional dollars to replace the product I had already purchased that arrived at my home broken. Save yourself some time and money and get some cheapos at walmart. They'll be bettwr quality.

Purchased a few pairs years back when they came out. One of the pairs delaminated for no reason I may have worn them 5-8 times and just left them in my car just to have available at all times . Shady rays would not honor the replacement on them they said they are not meant to be kept in the car because of temperature variations. BS excuse I have premium sunglasses and also crappy gas station ones I’ve had in my car for 5* years and nothing ever happened to them.
Stop the BS and Back your product !!!!!!!!

My husband has blue eyes which means he needs a darker lens which this company apparently doesn't offer. He tried a couple of pairs and the 2nd pair he tried didnt come carefully packaged like the first pair. The exchange pair of glasses were put in a box with no protective case but they managed to throw in some of their logo stickers. If I'm paying over $100 for a pair of glasses they better be in a protective case at the very least. This company doesn't have a # for customer service because they only communicate through texting. I emailed the company to ask a csr some questions but I got an AI response each time. No one gave a shit about this customer. I do not recommend this company or its products. In the end I got my refund but I'll be telling everyone about my experience.

I’ve been very happy with my Shady Rays sunglasses. I had a minor issue with one pair, and their customer service was excellent—they replaced them quickly with no hassle. The sunglasses are comfortable, durable, and fit great. I own several pairs and wear them all the time. Great product backed by outstanding customer support. Highly recommend!

Tried the Huron Frame with the Glacier Polarized lenses. Wow , terrible quality lenses. Looks nice, but the lenses are like $10 gas station, Unsuable due to internal reflections. Surely no AR coating on these. I wouldn't recommend them at all.

I recommend Shady Rays not only because of their shades, and prescription glasses but also because of their customer service department. Ive ordered three pairs from them already. The second pair was an error on my part as the PD measurement was wrong and i was told by Shady Rays the order from the first one should have been used, and that my PD measurement never changes. They helped me with my return and after that i reordered a third pair with the right PD measurement.

Their shades are just as nice as a branded one, but what makes this purchase great is the team behind it. They look classy but not cheap in material. Shady Rays will be my go to not only because of their products but because of their team. Kudos to Jessica, Kristine, Clark and Sadie and anyone else i may have left out from my interactions with the team.

I ask for a replacement and it was delivered within 3 days!!!!!! Wow, that is great…What a great company👍👍

I put an order in may 28th. Noticed it had sat in Kentucky for 5 full business days. Then was shown they'd be delivered on the 8th of June. Was not delivered and tracking still shows in Mississippi. Ive sent emails to support no reply. Messaged on Facebook no reply. I would not recommend these guys at all. Stick with Oakley or ray ban. They sent my order incomplete. I had ordered a hard case. Paid for it never received it and they refused to reimburse it or send it. Worst experience ever.

I absolutely love shady rays sunglasses. I’m from Kentucky so they hometowm guys. But went to Piegon forge department soon as I walked in. The worker was a butthole. Very useless I asked a few question didn’t even attempt to answer or help me. I have a big head. Pretty much said they only make one style for a fat head. I will never go back into that store. And if the boys from Kentucky want to keep their name good. They should go down south and clean house

I’ve ordered before and they are good, mid-level quality sunglasses. Don’t believe the claims of speedy delivery. It won’t happen.

Super happy. Dealt with Clark, very quick to respond and has sent a replacement pair, for free. A very good product and ridiculously good customer services.
