I rented a PS5 and it was a smooth experience from the start till the end. Extra brownie points for having actual humans in the CX team who were able to help me with my doubts in no time. Even the return process was easy to understand. Will definitely be renting again soon!

terrible experience, no proper communication and delivered speaker was not working properly and mic was not connecting, still tired to connect with customer care but due to no proper service nothing helpful. They arrange the delivery and pick up through porter and the porter guys doesnt have any idea who pays them and where to deliver it properly

I rented Meta Quest 3S for the 2nd consecutive year for a carnival. From placing the order to delivery and pick up was smoothly organized. I didn't even had to contact customer care for support. That's how professional the sharepal team is. Kudos to the team for great co-ordination.

I have had a very smooth renting experience with SharePal. I rented riding gears, all of them were top quality. Much recommended.

The visor on the helmet, horrible. Extremely bad. Shin guards with their straps, extremely poor quality. I wish I hadn’t spend that money. With the quality of these things, it was very very difficult to use them, wish I hadn’t spend a single rupee on those. And now that I did spend, I wish I got it all back considering the quality of 2/4 things. I didn’t have enough time to complain and exchange them or return them because if I did, I wouldn’t rent them at all.

Horrible, it spoiled my vacation, i had ordered the camera , but at the very last moment they didnt got and wanted to modify with another one, where i hardly had any time left to order, dont waste your time guys, they are unprofessional guys. Even reaching out to them is like 30 mins , in which they are suppose to call but dont. all their numbers are marked as SPAM.

Didnt get the DSLR camera i ordered, got alternative but it is giving poor quality photos and there is no flash with it. Delivery of the product was also delayed.

I just liked the packing and suitcase provided.

Service are prompt, updates are live. Product safety is also good, the product i received is where the color of top wear and bottom wear are mismatch, No quality issues.

Ordered a Projector . Excellent Service. Right from delivery to Return. It was seamless. Only thing that can be improved is the customer service and their responses.

Terrible initial experience with SharePal. My order faced major delays, was canceled, and had to be re-placed. It was supposed to arrive by 11:00 PM, but I finally received it at 12:30 AM in the middle of the night. To make matters worse, after receiving the iPhone, I'm completely unable to sign in with my Apple ID. It constantly gives an error message and won't log in. Very disappointing service.

I will share my experience honestly in terms of communication and the service the website and operations are legit just need a bit of polishing. We originally booked an Xbox but received a PS5 instead. While we appreciated getting it for the same price, the console wasn’t pre-logged in and the controller didn’t work. Resolving everything took almost three days, which created a lot of friction for something we expected to be a simple plug-and-play experience.

We understand that customer support is only available until 11:59 p.m., but some customers can only use the product late at night, making unresolved setup issues especially frustrating.

There was also poor communication during collection. I booked a pickup slot between 2 and 3 p.m., but the driver arrived at 1:30 p.m. and called me unexpectedly. Overall, the service felt okay and we didn’t receive the smooth experience or the product we originally paid for.

From booking to delivery and customer support was seamless. I recommend as good option to rent and try out tech beforehand if you want to decide to buy it. Good platform.

They blamed me for a 'missing' TSA lock and sent me ₹190 invoices for the payment of the lock, which I never received from them. Thankfully, I had the sense to record the unboxing on video which I sent to them, along with photos of packing the device before I handed the package over to the pick up agent. I received messages from them for the 'missing' lock , even after sending video proof.
I will go guns blazing against these scammers.

It says 100+ games but I have to download the game I want to play, I expected atleast some popular games to be preloaded (20-30 games) but hardly 12 games were preloaded and I payed for GTA-V extra which wasn’t even completely downloaded handed over to me at 60% download the remaining 40% took me 4-5 hrs to download and play the game. I was disappointed with this, other than that it was a good service. (For future buyers: Don’t need to buy any games extra, most of them are in PS5 plus subscription itself, just check the website for the games available but you have to download the games).

The ps5 is not serviced or maintained. It is overheating regularly. Otherwise the experience is good
