Extremely Unreliable and Disappointing Service

I have used SharePal multiple times, and unfortunately, my recent experiences have made it very difficult for me to trust the service for any important or time-sensitive shoot.

The biggest issue has been their delivery reliability.

On one occasion, I selected the free delivery slot from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Instead of receiving the equipment within the selected time window, it was delivered at around 1:00 AM the following morning. I had a shoot scheduled at 3:00 AM, leaving me with almost no time to prepare.

After that experience, I decided to pay extra for an earlier delivery slot because I could not afford another delay. I specifically booked the 11:00 AM–1:00 PM delivery slot. Despite paying for the earlier delivery, the equipment arrived at around 2:30 PM. I had another shoot scheduled, and once again, I had to cancel it because the equipment did not arrive on time.

The situation became even more frustrating when I booked a Sony Alpha A7 for another professional shoot. At the last moment, I was informed that the camera was unavailable and was offered a Nikon D7500 instead. Because of this last-minute change, I had to cancel another professional shoot.

There was also another issue involving an SD card. The SharePal team transferred an SD card from my previous order to a subsequent order but failed to register it properly under the new order. I was later informed that I had misplaced the SD card and was asked to pay a ₹2,500 penalty. The item had been transferred by their own team, yet I was being held responsible for the resulting record-keeping issue.

Taking everything together, these incidents have resulted in a potential financial loss of almost ₹40,000 for me.

At this point, these cannot simply be described as isolated inconveniences. There has been a repeated pattern of delivery delays, last-minute equipment changes, poor coordination, and incorrect handling of inventory.

For professional photographers and videographers, timing is not a minor detail. A camera arriving hours late can mean a cancelled shoot, a disappointed client, financial loss, and damage to one's professional reputation.

I have paid extra for delivery specifically to receive equipment within the promised time window, yet the service still failed to meet that expectation. I have also had to deal with last-minute equipment substitutions and a disputed penalty for an item that was transferred by the company's own team.

SharePal needs to seriously improve its delivery operations, inventory management, communication, and accountability. Customers should not have to repeatedly make backup arrangements, pay extra for delivery, cancel professional work, and then deal with additional disputes caused by internal coordination issues.

After these experiences, I cannot recommend SharePal for important or time-sensitive shoots unless customers have a reliable backup option available.

I have used sharepal 2 times now, excellent service and very good quality of rented products, definitely recommend.

I rented all major Riding gears from Sharepal and the experience is fabulous
Pros :
1. Super responsive team (even they helped me to get size exchange after working hours. )
2. Clean and hygine Cloths received
3. Correct size and clean shoes
4. The team went extra ordinary to do the size exchage just before my flight timings.

Cons :
1. Helmet received with dirty and scratched visor.
2. Trekking pant received with a small portion with broken stitches.
3. Riding jacket received dirty and looked very old. (Didn't use )
4. Team does not inform Delivery service about the number of bags and size of it. And later at the doorstep they refuse to pickup.
5. I paid extra over the delivery fee, for which i still wait to get refund.

At last : 4.5/5

Trustable and fast service

I have had a wonderful experience so far with 3 or so orders. Looking forward for more. Also, the asset partner is a lucrative offer and I'm planning to check this out as well. Keep up the wonderful work guys!!

I took bike riding gears on rent for my leh trip in Aug26 including riding shoes, riding pant and gloves. Shoes and gloves sent to me were in okaish condition and usable shape, and riding pant looked relatively newer. Based on the pre booking and delivery slot, since I had flight in next 3 hours i could not do anything then to check them or try them if needed to get them replaced/ discuss the same with sharepal. Specifically for riding shoes which i took from sharepal, it was kind of old and post wearing them in Leh and while riding bike i noted that metal wiring of the shoes was broken and kept poking me during the entire ride- making my travel experience bad. However, when i raised concerns about the product quality, team reached out and provided confirmation to never let this issue happen again. So overall product experience was bit bad but customer experience was great!

The best part was the delivery As I Order On Morning of 29 August and got the order By evening That was great customer Experience, The product was Go Pro Hero 13 Black Woth 64 Gb Of Memory card.
The Video Quality and Camera Qualitys was Top Notch I never Use an Action Camera this was my First time Using it but My God It Was awesome From.next time Whenever I have to rent A Camera And aaction Camera I'll Make a rent purchase of Hero 13 Black. I really loved it Man...💗🤌🏻

Very genuine products and excellent service

Sharepal products are very well maintained and they resolve any queries related to delivery, additional requirements and everything immediately with their efficient and swift support team. The pickup return and the entire process is hassle free.

While receiving they gave me at 25-aug but they mention 24-aug. it was late but while returning back they’re on time. As rental we need product on time if you can’t deliver on time than you have to get some benefit. It’s okay other experiences were okay.

My experience from share pal is very good, the device conditions are really good.
But i give only 3 star because of delivery delay, i pay 99 for booking my preferred slot i.e, 3pm to 5 pm. But they book the delivery partner on 4:45 pm and the product reached me after 6:30 pm. They why I'm paying much for preferred slot.
Another reason was i book a sony zve10 creator combo, but at the day of delivery they told me that the grip was damaged and they send me only camera. Then i have to modify the order . My concern is that why you inform me at the end of the moment, you have to check the product is okk or not and manage within time.
Otherwise the experience was very good and hassle-free.
Also recommend share pal to my friends & family.

The shoes i ordered were in good condition and clean. It was really helpful to order them early and get used to them before my trek. The shoes arrived on the day i booked and had no trouble in delivery.

From Disappointment to a 5-Star Experience — SharePal

My first experience with SharePal was honestly disappointing. The verification and booking process involved quite a bit of confusion, and I had shared my experience publicly at the time.

What happened afterwards completely changed my perception of the company.

So I decided to give SharePal another chance.

On August 13, I booked a PS5 controller for the Independence Day weekend. The controller was delivered on August 14, exactly as planned, for me to use over the 15th–16th weekend, with the pickup arranged for the 17th.

This time, everything was completely different.

The booking was clear. The communication was clear. The delivery was smooth. The return process was smooth. There was no unnecessary hassle or uncertainty.

It genuinely felt like a completely different experience from my first attempt.

And then came the fun part.

SharePal had provided access to a PlayStation Deluxe subscription with a huge game collection, so I was sitting there trying to figure out what to play. I finally picked Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales — and ended up completing the entire game over the weekend.

Absolutely worth it.

What impressed me most about SharePal wasn’t just the product or the rental service. It was how they responded when something went wrong. Many companies can provide a good service when everything goes perfectly. What really builds trust is how a company handles a disappointed customer.

SharePal turned my experience from negative to genuinely positive.

I can now confidently recommend SharePal to people looking to rent gaming products for personal use. If you’re considering renting instead of buying something you’ll only use occasionally, I’d definitely recommend giving them a try.

I couldn't believe that renting was so easy and hazzle free. The binoculars I had rented arrived on time in a prim condition... Not even a scratch, a piece of dirt, double protected and wrapped. Last minute renting was priced higher but it was absolutely worth it. I just need to plan ahead to cut costs. Return was also hazzle free. Picked up promptly. The service on the whole was excellent. My go to place for all my future travel needs.

Easy booking and quality product

I’m trying to learn photography and I didn’t want to spend my money on buying a new camera up front just to see if I would like it or not,
Sharepal here helped me by giving camera for rental. I rented a sony Zve10 camera combo kit for very reasonable price and I’m happy with their quality of service.
I rented it for 1 day at first, but now I have extended it for seven days, to shoot more pictures and videos with it and learn about it.
