Ordered two sizes for my 9 year old - one didn’t even cover his shoulders, the other fit me as a 5’6 adult.
Contacted to send back, given a return address in Iowa, USA even though they are a .co.uk with a London address on their website!!!
Chased got information needed to complete a courier return (phone number and contact) but now ignoring me.
Total scam!!!!!!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY!
Horrible customer service, I paid to return an item to them, I have proof that it was signed for on 12/15 by ‘Cathy’ in their warehouse. And after 2 and a half MONTHS of saying they were working on it they are now saying sorry we can’t find the package!
Horrible horrible communication and follow-up.

It's a total scam, shipping requires ages, for Europe is 14-44 days and no prediction is given.

I purchased XL as a gift, which in turn was not the correct size (it’s impossible with their god awful sizing chart!!!) i asked to return the item to get the correct size and they wanted me to pay additional £25 for shipping even though the website states free shipping and i had already paid £30 for the blanket i already had!
I asked if i could return and exchange so I didn’t have to pay such crazy prices and they told me I can return to Nevada at my own cost, which would cost so much from UK!
They do nothing to help with the situation and you’re left with a blanket you paid £30 for as a gift for someone that doesn’t even fit. Can’t even flog the thing for £15 on Vinted which speaks volumes 😅 they are NOT a UK company as claimed!

Don't buy from this company. They are a scam. They ship out faulty bad sizes, took ages coming from China ( which I didnt know it was China when I ordered). Now wanting to return from the UK, they are actually not UK based despite writing this on their website! My bank won't do anything as their policies claim that I have to pay for the return despite having proof it is faulty. This is so wrong. This company knows very well what they are doing and know noone will send the stuff back to the US where they are actually located. AVOID.

They say “.co.uk” and have an address based in London (apparently) but their returns warehouse is in Nevada? Additionally, they make you pay for all returns to America… even if they send you a faulty product. They sent us the wrong size. It’s extremely small and they want us to send it to Nevada and pay for the shipping costs? Ridiculous.

Additionally they brag on one of the info points on their website about being environmentally conscious 😂 how can you be environmentally conscious when you’re tricking UK customers into thinking you are a UK company and then making them send returns half way across the planet!!??

It’s all lies and it’s all a scam.

Whole experience was terrible. Took weeks to arrive and when it did it didn’t match the sizing advertised online. It was a gift and the recipient was so disappointed it didn’t fit so I ordered again in a larger size. Exactly 2 hours after I placed the new order, I received an email them saying ny order had been updated. I was now going to receive my original item and another I didn’t want, and they took an additional payment, which I didn’t authorise. I emailed immediately to let them know there had been an error and was told it had already been dispatched so they couldn’t do anything about it until I returned the item to them to n address in the US and then I’d get a refund. Have been passed from person to person and given promise after promise and now am being told it’s my fault as I should have checked my order before submitting. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Do not use them.

Ordered 2 for my twins and only recieved 1... customer service is awful and going round in circles... all I want is my money back for the item I didn't receive. Please avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. I made the mistake of not doing enough research… and have been stung for £35.
The blanket arrived late, is of very poor quality that even my dog is not impressed and is much smaller than the stated size. I have tried to return but have been quoted $30 to return or $30 for them to send a replacement.
The website is .co.uk but the product is dispatched from China and I’m not sure where the support team sit but they are very poor at responding and clearly don’t abide by any distance selling laws.
I’ve taken a hit on the money as I ordered a similar product from Amazon that arrived in good time, is of fairly decent quality and cost less… if only I’d been more diligent before buying.

I wish I had read the reviews on here before buying the XL blanket. It took three weeks to arrive and is smaller than advertised. When I asked to return it due to poor quality and wrong sizing they said I had to return it to the US which would have cost almost as much as the blanket itself. Please avoid using this website; despite having a UK domain it is not based here.

I am still waiting after over 5x weeks of extremely slow communication to try to resolve a return. AVOID this company. Dreadful service

This company is a total rip off everything said here about them is true never again will I buy from here.

If I could give no stars I would. Bought the blanket at the beginning of December thinking it was from the UK and paid for priority shipping. Item is still in China according to the tracking. Have contacted them several times, just got fobbed off each time. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered for a Christmas present. Waited 2 weeks and tracking showed it hadn’t been shipped. I’ve emailed the company twice, asking for a refund as you can buy off Amazon for 2 day delivery. They responded to both emails, stating it was for sure going to arrive before Christmas. Tracking finally has been updated with estimated delivery the 27th! I should have bought off Amazon!

This is not a UK based company, as they claim. The product arrived from China 3 weeks after the initial order. I couldn’t track the order as the Track Order tab on their website is broken.
As it arrived too late, I tried to return it unopened to get a refund. The refund policy on their website reads as aggressive, and tries to shame the customer for the their carbon footprint (“15 Million Metric Tons of Carbon Dioxide Emissions are being Wasted Every Year Because of Returns”). It’s also blatantly copied and pasted from another retailer. They couldn’t even be bothered to change the name! (“We at Warm Leggins…”).
When I emailed to initiate a return in order to get a refund, they told me I need to pay for shipping myself to an address in Nevada, USA. The shipping would cost more than the product itself.
It’s honestly laughable that any company could get away with this.

Bought as a birthday present for my daughter, ordering what I thought was the right size based on their size guide. It was too small. I've tried and tried contacting them to exchange it for the next size up but have had no response. VERY DISAPPOINTED. CLEARLY A DODGY COMPANY. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Read the shipping policy! Because the website gave an address in Sanfrancscio, CA, USA, I just assumed it was coming from inside the US. Go all the way to the bottom of the page and click on Shipping policy. They then tell you it’s coming from Hong Kong. And it might take 35 days for you to get it. 35 BUSINESS DAYS. So that’s 7 weeks.
No response from customer support.

Yup. It's a scam folks. They took my money and my neice's Xmas present. Will report to Google.

After reading all the reviews on here I honestly thought that I'd lost my money and the item would not arrive. After over 3 weeks of waiting I'd lost all hope!! I was pleasantly surprised to get the package through the post. It nicely packed and the item was just what was advertised. I ordered a large for my daughter who's 5ft 7 and the size is perfect I might be wearing it myself! The material is lovely and soft and the colour is spot on. Maybe I've just been lucky but happy with the purchase. I would recommend if you don't mind waiting a few weeks for it to arrive!
